Managing the man power in shift and handling complete production related activities. Should be able to maintain proper housekeeping in side plant and surrounding area result oriented person and lead supervisor operators and labors. Reduce waste generated in system with the help of business excellence method like six sigma, kaizen 5s and quality tools . Reviewing production meeting Looking after production as a shift in charge Ensure quality product work and systems according to ISO 9001 :2008, QS -9001,TS 16949 AND TPM Planning and controlling of the total production Maintain discipline and safe working in shop floor among all workers. Control of non conforming material and products Maintain good coordination with electrical mechanical preparatory and curing departments Checking of incoming raw materials Maintain production detail and down time detail sheet Having very good knowledge about quality circle To ensure production process is carried out according to the SOPs Entry production sheet by PQCDSM method Follow FIFO system (first in first out ) and test the product To maintain shift schedule KANBAN implementation and implementing suggestions Working towards zero break downs zero defects and zero accidents.

The company currently produces the entire range of automotive tyres for ultra and high speed passenger cars (TUBE & TUBELESS, 4X4 RADIALS, WHEELS, TUBELESS RADIALS, BIAS TYRES), truck and bus, farm, Off-The-Road, industrial and specialty applications like mining, retreaded tyres and etreading material. RESPONSIBILITIES: (SHIFT LEADER in PRODUCTION DEPT.)


To control the quality of the product by daily auditing, petrol checking concept. Men power Handling. Follow FIFO system (first in first out), & test the product.

Control of non-conforming material, products. Machine wise Product capability Study. To prepare day to day production activities and job allocation for operating personnel to achieve planned targets. To monitor quality,productivity and prevent rejection and scrap generation by stopping the process until remedial actions are taken Maintaining good coordination with electrical & mechanical dept. Checking of Incoming Raw materials. Maintaining Production detail & Downtime detail Sheet. Achieve every months production target previously decided by management team. Communication & Co-ordination with Production Dept. Stock and Engg. Dept. Having a very good knowledge of Quality Circle. Maintain documents as per ISO 9000 / QS 9000, TS 16949 and 6 - SIMGA. Maintain production shop floor area as per 5-S Theory. To ensure production process is carried out according to the SOP's. Entry Production sheet by PQCDSM method. Maintain discipline in plant, Handle Documentation like logbook, batch sheets. Meet Production targets and Ensure safety in plant.
