This is the 1st stage where customer recognizes the name of the company or
any of its products. However, they have never interacted with the company
before.
I will establish “hyperlinks” with other sites that share target audience on
hot search engines as Yahoo!
Public relations are important so I will also try to make public relations
with them.
I will make a list of target media contacts & send them a press release or
drop an e-mail message inviting them to visit my site.
I will give them a specific reason to come & give them surety that my site
can deliver what I promise.
I will try to find out what they like or dislike & obtain valuable
suggestions & also conduct inexpensive or free online surveys to answer
all sort of marketing questions.

I will get an arsenal of news, articles, facts, newsletters, polls & other
features to keep them coming back.

1. Order:
I will attach the order form inside the site for giving orders. I will also give guidelines
& instructions for fulfilling this form & buyers are bound to follow these instructions.
I will also give them option that they can order online by filling form, sending e-mail
or by free telephone call. I will give option of listing order online on the relevant
order page. I will give detail of price for listing & the procedure for payment. I will
give them option for receiving product through Corer service or TCS. I will also give
them facility that they can deposit cash in a particular bank or they can pay when they
receive product. In this way I will receive orders from buyers.
2. Verification:
A credit card is a system of payment named after the small plastic card issued to users
of the system.
I will use advance credit card number verification software, called “VCardCheck”.
It is a standalone program that I can use to verify credit card numbers in real time.
Electronic verification systems allow me to verify that the card is valid & the credit
card customer has sufficient credit to cover the purchase in a few seconds. I will
verify through credit card payment terminal or point of sale (POS). I will also use a
VCardcom. I will also verify through security code that is printed on the back of the
card or the address of the card holder.
3. Delivery:
I will display the detail of the delivery process on the relevant page of web. I will
deliver product through loaded railcar at the seller’s choice of shipping origin. I will
provide complete delivery schedule on the web. I will also give benefit to buyer that
if the delivery is not made at time they will claim. I will also provide the shipping
charges on the web. I will made delivery at time.
• Post-Sale Activities:

I will provide information on web about making product safe for long
time.
I will train customers on web how they can chose color of product
according to their age.
I will train them how they can use it with different styles.
2. Support:
This section describes the procedures to return products to company that are either
faulty or does not meet the specified quality level. It is company duty that remove the
customers complain.
I will provide a warranty claims & product back support to customers.
Customers are bound to follow the instructions that are related to claim.

behavior of other systems. Two control systems linear & logic. I will use logic control
system. Company culture is the shared values of the company’s employees. It is
important because it makes or breaks company. I will review mission, vision & values
& make sure the company culture support them.
The finance operations Administration team is responsible for all back office & operational
aspects of the business including portfolio, performance calculation & compliance.
I will use accounting software, Databases, Online office, spreadsheet programs &
XBRL. I will hire employees that are professionals in computer & also in finance.
Many banks offer free bill paying service I will acquire their service. I will also give
the option of paying online through software name Money & Quicken. I will also
borrow fund through online process. The mutual fund industry is highly regulated. I
will also comply with govt. regulations for borrowing funds etc. Administrative
service may be provided to a fund by an affiliate of the fund. Administrative service
include overseeing the performance of other companies that provide services to the
fund, as well as assuring that the funds operation comply with applicable federal
requirements.
Human Resources:
I will recruit employee through online recruiting web site. I will hire them according
to their skills that I need, & train them through online training. I will also give them
promotions if they perform well. I will also give them good compensation of their
work including allowances, bonus etc.
