Booking Reference Also known as a record locator, confirmation number, or file address. A sequence of characters (letters and numbers) unique to a customer's PNR. Ground time A term used to describe the amount of time an aircraft and crew spends on the ground between flights. It is also the amount of time passengers must wait to check-in and board another flight at a connecting point. Ground Transportation A term used to describe shuttles, cabs, buses, etc. used to transport passengers from the airport to another location.
