Good day Madam Chairperson! This is in reply to your letter dated November 13, 2012, a copy of which was received by PhilRES on November 14, 2012. PhilRES is grateful and thankful for giving us the opportunity to have an audience with you Madam Chairperson yesterday, November 14, 2012. Your directive Madam, to come to a win-win solution and for PhilRES to in the meantime postpone the November 18, 2012 National Election of the Board Members and Officers of the Real Estate Service Practitioners to a later date is a welcome gesture and PhilRES will abide by the same Madam. As mandated, this will give the licensed real estate service practitioners an opportunity to register with PhilRES and to participate in the first National Election of the Board Members and Officers of PhilRES. For the record and for your information Madam, PhilRES has actually done the necessary preparations for this National Election. In the light of the foregoing Madam Chairperson, PhilRES is respectfully informing your good office, that it will conduct and set the National Election of the Board Members and Officers of PhilRES to November 30, 2012.PhilRESwill undertake all the possible information dissemination to inform the licensed real estate service practitioners, which will include using the internet and related accesses and the print media.

This PhilRES submits, with all due respect Madam Chairperson, as a substantial compliance within the context of our by-laws in so far as the conduct of the National Election is concerned. Again, this will give the licensed real estate service practitioners time to be members and to register with PhilRES, and participate in this forthcoming National Election. Rest assured, Madam Chairperson, that PhilRES will undertake and endeavor, that in so far as the proposed amendment issue is concerned, the same will be addressed and will be the first business agenda of the elected Board Members and Officers of PhilRES and all the legal formalities will be observed and complied with in accordance with PhilRES by-laws.
