Sacrament of the Sick In the event of serious illness or medical emergency, Anointing of the Sick and Eucharist may be arranged by contacting the Parish Office. Call (949) 257-8017 for a medical emergency after 8 p.m. Sacrament of Baptism Parents of infants requesting information about Baptism may contact the Faith Formation Office, 496-6011. Infant Baptisms are celebrated on the first and third Sunday of each month following catechesis for parents and godparents of candidates. Celebration of Christian Funerals At the time of death, a family member should contact the parish office, as soon as possible, to arrange the date and time for the Funeral Liturgy. Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) Adults requesting information about full initiation and communion with the Roman Catholic Church (the sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation) may contact the Faith Formation Office , 4966011. Sacrament of Matrimony The Sacrament presumes active sacramental participation on the part of one or both persons. Couples must begin preparation for their Sacrament at least six months prior to their proposed wedding date. Please call the Parish Office for more information. Eucharistic Adoration On the first and third Monday of each month we gather in prayer and praise before the Blessed Sacrament. JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS NEW CHRISTMAS CD BY MORNINGTIDE

The long-awaited release of the Christmas CD by our very own Morningtide will be available, November 24th through Christmas. Morningtide is Gary Sims, Heidi French Rice, Jerry & Rosie Klein and Rick Dellefield. Parish musicians Tim Horrigan (bass guitar) and Mike Styrpejko (percussion) added their talent to the recording. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the CD will be donated to various charitable ministries of the parish as well as our parish Music Ministry. CDs will be available for purchase outside the church after Mass.

CONCERN AMERICA COMING TO ST. EDWARD

On Sunday, December 9, volunteers from Concern America will be returning with unique, quality handcrafts that provide us with the opportunity to purchase conscientiously. The gifts we find for special events, holidays, or to brighten our own homes are an exchange of caring with impoverished communities in developing countries. This year we have many new crafts from Bangladesh, El Salvador and Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras. Inspired by nature, these beautifully crafted textiles, ceramics and wood products, honor indigenous traditions, and were selected to be reminders that when a Concern America product is purchased we are providing a source of income to materially poor communities; promoting human scale endeavors; eco-friendly work patterns; and fair working conditions. FIRST FRIDAY FRIARS DECEMBER 7TH MASS AND LUNCHEON First Friday Friars, a Catholic mens organization will meet on December 7th at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim. Many parishes in the Orange Diocese have enjoyed this program in years past and St. Timothy is very excited to offer it this year! We are having a hot cocoa social to follow and please tell your parishioners there is no cost to attend - instead, we are asking for a free-will offering. Hope to see all of you in December!

SICK AND HOMEBOUND MINISTRY

The sick and homebound ministry needs individuals to bring Holy Communion to those people who are confined to their homes and cant make it to church each week. It would involve approximately two hours of your time, you would attend a short training session on how to serve the homebound.
