Virtual Memory
The formula is 3 X RAM + 500
My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Settings -> Advanced -> Changed -> Select the Drive Give Virtual memory and click on Set
Java Installation
Click on I accept the terms in the license agreement & click on the next button
Java Environment Variables settings My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> New -> Variable Name as JAVA_HOME and Variable Value is Path of the Java
SAPinst Installation Select the path From Kernel CD Kernel -> SAPinst -> NT -> I386 -> Setup.cmd
After that select Standard option and agree license after that select reboot option then automatically system reboot
Central Instance After Rebooted the system automatically ask for Central Instance or Database Instance or Dialogue instance Installation Otherwise Start -> SAPinst ORACLE KERNAL -> SAPinst Server with GUI Select the SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.70 for Oracle option
Specify system ID (It should be 3 characters) and choose the Instance i.e. [central instance]
Specify Drive in which you want to save the sap system Directory & specify system name in which u want to save Transport Directory
No need to do anything until problem arises, if there is any error click view log or retry
Click ok
Database Instance Before that Prepare new installation Start -> SAPinst ORACLE KERNAL -> Prepare New Installation
After that Start -> SAPinst ORACLE KERNAL -> SAPinst Server with GUI
When there is no other component in the database choose install sapsystem into a new database
Give instance no {two digits}, and hostname {as given during os installation}

By default
Give path for remaining (for Data files) it shows the Required Size memory
It will give the all default pass wards, if want we can change
GUI Installation
Click on Install
After completing installation it shows two Icons on the Desktop 1 SAP Logon Pad 2 SAP Logon
