Further, you may be going about your daily life and not realizing the impact that stress is taking upon you. My argument is clearly against the medical aspect toward dealing with stress. Taking instead, in the book entitled, People Skills by Bolton, Robert; PH.D, Through communication the wall of silence shuts you off from someone you love; Stress can be that barrier. pg. 301.

There are several approaches to combat stress without addiction to prescription drugs which include. Further, in setting realistic goals for yourself. By reducing the number of events going on in your life and you may reduce the circuit overload.

Non Medical) Choose to selectively change the way you react, Yet not too much at one time, Still learn to focus on the troublesome things and manage your reactions to it. Further, change the way you see your situation. Seek alternative viewpoints, My approach is a non medical aspect in view of therapy. Yet with any medical vice for of drugs to overcome this issue, Try to avoid extra reactions such as why hate when you can be nervous? Why do the job? Why be depressed when you can be sad? Do something for others to help you get by. Get your mind off self. Get enough sleep also work off stress in a form of exercise.

Analyzing Stress ( Non Medical)

(1)Good reading material can be helpful. Clearly, self medication or escape such as alcohol and drugs can truly mask stress. They really dont help when dealing with the issue. Begin to manage the effects of stress in your life. Try to isolate and work with one effect of stress at a time. (2)Dont overwhelm yourself. For an example, If you are not sleeping well seek help from a professional. Try to use stress if you cant remedy nor escape from what is bothering you. Flow with it and try to deal with it in a productive way. Try to be positive and give yourself messages as to how you can cope. (3) There is help at local institutions such as churches, schools & governmental helps. As well as therapy in the way of positive meditative practice.

Analyzing Stress (Non Medical)

According to Bolton, Stress can actually help memory, Provided it is short term and not to be severe. Stress causes more glucose to be delivered to the brain. Factually this piece is based primarily on elements of non medical in methods. Yet still positive solutions toward relieving stress should be incorporated. In turn memory and retrieval methods would be enhanced, On the other hand, If stress is prolonged it can impede the glucose delivery & disrupt memory. According to St. Pioneer Press, All stressed up Dispatch p. 8B, Monday November 30, 1998. (6) Analyzing Stress Non Medical There is help offered at your local school. You may be going about your daily life and not realizing the effects that stress has on you. But the fact is stress can make an impact on your everyday life. These symptoms can be reflected in your health, your mental and emotional well being. Based on what I read, I have formed an opinion against the medical issue. According to Hopper, As to recognize signs of stress than to demonstrate the breath system, Explain the learning process used in the chapter; Hopper A case study and construct advice for a student having difficulty coping with stress.

In conclusion, this issue of stress is not based on an emergency discharge of hormones from the adrenaline known as medula. Yet stems from the nervous system, Its a mechanism that workings of stress are extremely complex apart from specific stimuli. Which need not be discussed on this specific : Dealing with viral infection, or performing a dance. It is to produce a nonspecific stimulus (The Agents Stressor effect). This may be a nervous impulse? (There is a wide range of helps when it comes in dealing with stress. Also a wide range of spiritual outlets to explore, Yet this is clearly up to the individual to decide?)

Questions regarding stress: (1) How spontaneously can you decide those methods to manage stress? (2) How creatively have we chosen non medical ways to approach stress? (3) To what extent can we prioritize ways of treatment & resolution? (4) What are some implications toward reactions to these conditions to try to avoid these reactions?
