A LETTER FROM OUR CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dear Fellow Shareowner: If you have been with me, you know that last year was full of excitements. We celebrated Coca-Colas 125th birthday by moving the secret formula to the World of Coca-Cola. We are a 125-year-old brand and business defined by our youth, not our age. Our company is staying strong globally after almost 13 decades. Our 2020 vision is not just a dream. We have been executing our 2020 vision and its fruitful results have been delivering. I am honored to report that, comparing to 2010, fiscal 2011 represented a year of solid growth of our company. For the fourth quarter ended December 31, our operating income is $10,154 million, an 20.18% increase from the prior year, and our net operating revenue is $46,542 million, which is an 32.55% increase from the prior year. The economic environment is not quite bright; however, our net income attributable to shareowners remains high at $8,572 million, the diluted earnings per share is $3.69 thousands. It is our innovation and investments fuel our growth. Last year, we refreshed our system by placing more than 1.2 million new Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain in the marketplace with our bottling partners in 2011, totaling more than 2.2 million since 2010. Coca-Cola Freestyle fountain is a new innovation that reduces unnecessary bottle usage. Our second innovation is PlantBottle packaging. We shipped nearly 10 billion of this 30 percent plant-base and fully recyclable PET package to 20 markets. We promise that our 2020 vision is not harmful to the environment. In 2011, we announced multibillion dollar investments in China, India, the Middle East and Russia as part of the more than $30 billion our system has committed to invest worldwide over the next five years to support anticipated growth. Our company is more than being a No. 1 provider of sparkling beverages, juices and ready-todrink coffees. We serve communities globally through forming partnerships. Last year, we formed a partnership with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to support the IFRCs work in disaster response and preparedness and public engagement. We also formed an environmental partnership with World Wildlife Fund and designed an Arctic Home program to help protect polar bear habitat. Moreover, we partnered with UN Women

in support of our global 5 By 20 initiative that aims to empower 5 million women entrepreneurs across our business system by 2020. We know that only when people and our system aligned to believe that we can stay growing and sustainable, our 2020 vision can come true. 2020 vision is an ongoing journey. I am more optimistic and excited than ever about Coca-Cola, our partnerships with bottle companies and associates. I want to say thank you, for your support. With sincere gratitude,

Murtar Kent Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer March 22, 2011
