Respected Sir/ Madam, Sub: An appeal to all the GPF cum Pension Seeking Employees to lend a hand to lift the burden of financial expenditure in regard to the New Writ Petition filed at The Hon. Supreme Court.
In continuation to our letter of appeal for active involvement and contribution in the genuine cause of Pension issue dated 07.11.2012, we earnestly inform that the work of filing the Writ Petitilon is over and it is expected that the case will be listed for hearing after 19.11.2012. We had so far spent around Rs. 640510 of the amount collected and deposited Rs. 644520

and we require at least another 4 lacks till the matter is heard before the Honble Supreme Court ,as each appearance of the counsel costs nearly 3 lacs.. Now our request to your good self is: The Pune Region had collected some amount amongst all vidyalaya staff and RO Staff from the staff as mentioned below. 1.ALL ACs and DCs : Rs.2000/- each 2.PRINCIPALS : Rs.2000/- each 3.VICE PRINCIPALS : Rs.1500/- each 4.ALL TEACHING &NON TEACHING: Rs.500/- each but the same is not sufficient to meet the expenses reffered above. All the employees who had joined NVS before 1.1.2004 are earnestly appealed to contribute according to their capacity as above so as to raise a corpse exclusively for this noble cause.

Pl.send an SMS of the details of the contribution with the school name and region to this no. 08511954812 for issuing a proper receipt from JNV TAPI Co ordinators. It may not be out of place to state here that in the past there has been incidents of collection of money from employees in the subject matter including to fight the case at Ranchi High Court, of

Mishra Case but it appears that despite request not to approach supreme court by Shri, Mishra with a weak case, Sh. Mishra approached Supreme Court with a SLP in April 2012 but the notice is yet to be issued by the Supreme Court. In fact the Ranchi Unit is misusing the fund collected for fighting a individual weak case at Supreme Court. Due to the above reason only the Pune Region taking a lead to arrest irrepable loss to the employees of their genuine legitimate right. It is further emphasized ee every amount collected is accounted for and not a single penny will be misused. Expecting your wholehearted support and active involvement in the issue
