Job Title: Designer and Technology Associate Reports To: Creative Director Job Description: This position is responsible for producing creative materials, and executing both written and visual communication that represent Revalesio Corporation and Reliant Beverage Company. Responsibilities include print production, graphic design, online web presence including websites and social media portfolio along with the planning and execution of brand marketing and advertising programs/campaigns. This position reports to the Creative Director and requires a strong ability to apply creativity to a vast array of projects. The position involves bringing a creative voice to projects involving non- creative personalities. Many tasks require self-motivation and the ability to maintain creativity in a deadline driven environment, while seeing opportunities to add value and take the initiative. The designer must value feedback and be able to apply critique to all aspects of their work product. In addition to the creative design responsibilities, this position will assist in maintaining the Companys information technology infrastructure. Responsibilities will include end user support and troubleshooting hardware and software problems related to the IT infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or equivalent training and experience Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain and execute on simultaneous projects Ability to work independently and also participate regularly in team-based projects Strong communication skills, writing skills of editing/proofreading are a plus Proficient in Adobe CS5 (or higher) programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) (Mac Platform) Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Web design / programming knowledge is a plus Computer help desk and troubleshooting experience is a plus Core Functions and Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute intuitive, brand consistent, designs and layouts. Execution of assigned projects from the Creative Director. Assists with the writing, editing, updating and placement of content on websites and social media outlets. Creates layouts and designs of advertising, marketing collateral, and other published materials in print and online. Selects and arranges photos, type, illustrations and color. Preparing files for print shops. Works with other team members to develop project guidelines and ensure project accuracy for final outputs Assist in the management of the Companys Information Technology including: o Respond to requests for technical assistance o Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues o Assist end users troubleshoot hardware and software problems o Stay current with system information, changes and updates o Manage internet and hosted services o Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources Applicants should email a cover letter, resume, and at least 5 creative samples or an online portfolio.
