Prototype 1 AJract the guests aJenBons and curious about the valuable stus Step 1 Let the host label his stus they think are valuable with the post-it. Write something on the post-its to aJract visitors aJenBon and moBvate them to ask about it. Step 2 Let him invite his friends to their place and observe whether they will noBce the post-its and ask about the stu. Step 3 The host introduces his stu. Step4 Observe whether his friends are interested in other stus.

Result and feedback The guests didnt know the post-its are for them. The intenBon of showing o is too obvious. The host didnt like to introduce his stus acBvely. It is beJer to use illustraBon than the words Post-its are not obvious, especially in the dim room. When the guests know the post-its are for them, they would want to explore post-its more.

Prototype 2 Play games as a chance to expose the valuable things First one: The game is to nd 5 cups and think about 3 tasks done with 5 cups. (in the house) Second one: I brought the many stus to faculty and ask for 5 people to role play. Pretend they were in the hosts house, and they were playing the game together as social acBvity. The game was that all of the people had to be divided into two groups. Each group should create an object with those stus I brought there and let the other group to guess what it was.

BeJer way to enhance social interacBon. People pay aJenBon to the things in front of them. This game as a trigger to expose the valuable stus was very successful. people interacted with others more and become closer in the game. They can discuss with each other and have more subjects to talk about. The game not only creates a chance to let the host show o his stus, but also enhances the qualiBes of interacBon between people. The game triggers the host to check his cabinet and stored room. He would discover something he bought for a long Bme and forget it.

Conclusion Develop prototype 2 The playful and acBve qualiBes do enhance the social interacBon. Next step I will visit a mans house to observe the whole interacBon process and make the prototype in detail. A opportunity to evoke the emoBon to the normal stu that is not meaningful .
