AIM OF THE LESSON: The general aims of the lesson will be: To consolidate pupils knowledge about fruit, vegetables, numbers and colors To introduce to pupils new information about weather To introduce to pupils new information about the months of the year The specific aims of the lesson will be: To consolidate pupils knowledge about fruit, vegetables, numbers and colors in exercise LOOK, LISTEN AND READ/ 64 To introduce to pupils new information about weather in exercise LOOK, LISTEN AND RAD/66, LISTEN AND SAY/ 66, READ AND WRITE THE NUMBER/ 67, WRITE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY/ 67. To introduce to pupils new information about the months of the year in exercises: LISTEN AND SAY/ 67, READ AND WRITE THE NUMBER/ 67, WRITE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY/ 67. STAGES OF THE LESSON 1. WARMER: the teacher will check whether there are any absent pupils; the teacher will check whether all the pupils have done their homework exercise: Look, listen and read/ 64 2. PRE-SET PURPOSE: The teacher will check learners knowledge about the topic dealt with in the previous unit: Do you have any bananas? The teacher will randomly ask the pupils to say the names of the fruit and vegetables they have learnt (grape, apple, orange, banana, strawberry, pear, melon, lemon, carrot, potato, peas ); 3. CONTROLLED PRACTICE: The teacher , together with the pupils, had to bring some fruit and vegetables to school Each pupil will be given a fruit or a vegetable Then each pupil will come in front of the class and he or she will present himself/ herself and the fruit or vegetable they were given Eg. Hello! My name is __________! I have a red apple! 4. LESS-CONTROLLED PRACTICE: In pairs, pupils will be given a piece of paper They will have to make a similar dialogue to the one in exercise : Look, listen and read/ 64 Moreover theyll have to draw a representative picture for their dialogue In front of the class, each pair will present its dialogue Each paper will be stuck on the blackboard Each pair will be given papers to give marks for the projects presented

PRE-SET PURPOSE: the teacher will ask the pupils to describe the weather out that day, in Romanian the teacher will ask then the pupils to open their books at page 66 The teacher will write and underline the title of the new lesson on the blackboard: What is the weather like? 6. CONTROLLED PRACTICE: The teacher will divide the class in pairs Each pair will be given a paper On the paper it will be written a season and the three months The pupils will be given some pictures describing the weather Theyll have to stick the pictures under each month, describing it Each pair will come in front and will describe the weather of each month The papers, will be stuck on a paper for the whole class
8. FEEDBACK: pupils will be given as homework exercises: Read and

write the number / 67 and Write about your country? 67 The teacher will explain the pupils what they have to do.
