5. REMARK POINT Upon arrival at the factory ,no one carton product was packed . The factory claimed 70% of product were finished glazing . 30% of the products were under painting and glazing . The factory only to prepare one gift 1 box per item for inspector taking photos and checking to specification . The inspector could not calculate the clear quantity when arriving at the factory ,due the samples were located many places. For item 0610 and 0620 , The instruction sheet included the snuffer into parts list. However, the actual product only include lid instead of snuffer .

The all items ( except 0650 white color) were found the color variation between the individual product .The factory claimed that this is hard to control due to the painting by hand.

For item 0610, the polyfoam of bottom support inside the gift box was found bigger than the bottom a bit more . The factory claimed that they will improve the mold .

The gap between the edge of polyfoam and product for 4 sides is similar.

The bottom support was found poor sticking . The inspector has asked the factory to pay attention the issue during packing .

The lid color was found more darker than the body especially for 620 orange during the workers under packing.

The lid color was obviously darker than the body .

Note : 1) the each item photos taking from one approval sample and packing . The factory the samples were approved by the photo confirmation . 2) For 610 blue of next shipment, the approved sample was stuck wrong barcode detected by the inspector. The factory claimed that they will paste the right barcode during the mass production .
