Silent Auction, Closing Reception

"Ojibway Artist, Pamela Gargiulo" will be rapping up soon. Come to the closing reception Dec. 21, 2012 at 7:30pm. The artist has chosen to hold a silent auction of her art on display for this affair. Last month her opening celebration saw a fabulous turnout of over 200 people. Many photos from her opening can be viewed on our Facebook page. We look forward to her closing reception and once again, we very much appreciate Pamela filling our downtown Pekin gallery with her wonderful 2-D and 3-D work.

Grand Rapids Artist, Andrea Lucas-Martin
We highly anticipate the next solo exhibit from painter Andrea Lucas Martin. Andrea has been making art all her life. She studied at Grand Valley State University and has twice been accepted into Art Prize, an international art competition held in Grand Rapids. Andrea is well versed in oil & acrylic and has recently found an affinity for watercolor. Her opening reception is Jan. 25 at 7:30pm and the show will run through Feb. 24. The artist has planned a 1920's -1930's theme for her opening reception. She is encouraging folks to put on their favorite fedoras, flapper hats, zoot suits or period attire and join us for the fun!

Speakeasys Annual Fine Art Auction is coming up Friday, Feb. 15 t h . Come to the gallery and help us support fine art in the community. We are now accepting a wide range of artwork from drawings, paintings, prints and photos to ceramics, jewelry, blown glass, sculpture and more.
