Reverse Osmosis System Reverse Osmosis system is economical and designed for commercial and residential application. Whether it is used to meet the needs of a typical family of four, or the needs of an industrial operation requiring thousands of liters per day, it can be a cost effective to provide the required quantity of highly treated water. This improves both the taste and quality of water. It reduces up to +99% of the chlorine, as well as objectionable odors and sediment. It also reduces Total Dissolved Solids as well as bacteria and viruses present in the raw water. Softener. More than 60 percent of the earth's water is groundwater, it travels through rock and soil picking up minerals, including calcium and magnesium along the way. The water with these two contaminants is commonly referred to as "hardness" in water. Hard water produces a scaly buildup which can clog pipes and appliances. Hard water can cause yellowish stains on toilets, bathroom fixtures and on clothing making them much harder to clean. Hard water can also cause skin irritation. Water softeners eliminate the effect of hard water. They "soften" the water by removing the calcium and magnesium found in the raw water, extending the useful life of water

Water Treatment

Effluent Treatment / Sewage Treatment Plant Wastewater treatment is the process that removes the majority of the contaminants from waste-water (sewage effluent or trade effluent) and maintain the water to effluent discharge standard level. Further to the standards the water can also be recycled back to process level. Depending on the quality and the quantity of the effluent the treatment process can be designed, i.e. aerobic treatment or anaerobic treatment or combination of aerobic and anaerobic treatment can be implemented. Payback will be good in anaerobic treatment, since the by-product of methane (bio)gas and liquid manure will be produced during the treatment stage. The treatment can be done both centralized and decentralized manner depending on the space availability and gravity / distance. Absolute Technology designs and supplies very efficient Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant using the state of the art design and technology. This brings down the investment cost as well as the operating cost. Also by introducing anaerobic treatment in the treatment process the by-products from anaerobic treatment will replace LPG as Thermal Energy and used to run the generators which will produce electricity as Electrical Energy from your wastewater. Treatment of Trade Effluent / Sewage Effluent not only recycle/reuse the treated water for toilet flushing, gardening, floor washing, boiler & cooling tower makeup water, etc, also keeps the environment pollution free.

Components
FRP Vessels
FRP vessels are made from high performance composite material. Tested for over 2,50,000 cycles, they prove strength to withstand pressures as high as 10 kg/cm2 without any structural damage. Being immune to most chemicals, FRP vessels can be used practically for any water treatment application.

Multiport Valves & Distribution Systems

Multiport valves are made from wear resistant high hardness ceramics that provide longer service life. Innovatively designed, easy to handle, they also provide excellent seal capability preventing internal leakage.
