Appropriations Act 10A of 2012 This legislation appropriates a total of $227,694,000 for Penn State University. It specifies $214,110,000 is for general support and $13,584,000 is for the Pennsylvania College of Technology. These are the same amounts that were appropriated for fiscal year 2011-2012. It also directs the appropriation of the moneys of the restricted account within the Agricultural College Land Scrip Fund for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
