Duration:- 12th August 2008 to 26th Jan 2009 Project Handled:- BSNL-ZTE,IDEA,Vodafone-Ericson In Whole Jharkhand,U.P & Delhi. Current Role: RF Drive test for GSM & CDMA, Efficient processing, Technical trouble shooting. DRIVE TEST: To check the coverage of radio cells & compare it with coverage prediction. Verify the drive test parameters e.g. Rx level in idle mode ,RX level in dedicated mode, RX Quality, cell id, Handovers, C/A,C/I,BCCH,BSIC etc. defined by the operator. Responsible for physical optimization Reorientation,swapping, tilts, planned heights. Troubleshooting of the network based on customer complain and Planning for IBS. Maintaining handover & other parameters for meeting KPI`s. Cluster Drive, SDCA Drive, Data Drive with 6 mobile and Scanner. Post Processing of drive logs & extracting Network Info. Problems like Indoor coverage, one way talk, Echo, Speech Quality Handling of interference issues by change of frequency, BTS Power, parameters of site and neighboring sites, parameter adjustments and fine tuning for functioning of the network at optimum levels. In this part, we go ahead with physical verification of the site as per planned data, and to rectify any discrepancy if any. Analysis of drive test files for taking care of External and Internal Interference in the Network. This involves analysis of Rx Level, Rx Quality, re-planning of RF parameters in problematic areas Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis. Benchmarking for comparison of more than one network. Using GOOGLE EARTH to give proper orientation of the sectors. Optimized each and every site to meet the KPI. To Improve network performance of BSNL WLL network with ZTE co ordination for whole Jharkhand circle under guidance of BSNL S.D.O (Jamshedpur).
