By the end of the lesson, students will be able to describe other people and share information by using vocabulary (adjectives) that is related to nationalities and countries. During previous sessions, students have been taught the following topics: Numbers from one to one hundred Students should be able to count from one to one hundred and distinguish between oh and zero. In addition Students should be able to tell the time using both analogue and digital clocks and to give their telephone number. Basic verbs related to daily routines and likes: stand up, sit down, close, open, write, read, eat, drink, take a shower, walk, go, sleep, study, etc. Students should be able to describe basic activities by using the Simple Present Tense. Students should also be able to describe their own daily routines, as well as other peoples. E.g. I/He wake(s) up at 7 a.m. in the morning. Basic vocabulary related to school, family and peoples occupations, e.g. desk, board, door, chair, teacher, student, man, woman, baby, grandfather, grandmother, daughter, son, brother, sister, parents, siblings, name, age, marital status, telephone number, etc. Students should be able to introduce themselves, as well as other acquaintances by giving personal details such as name, age, telephone number, and occupation. Basic knowledge of prepositions of place, such as in, on, below, under, in front of, next to. However, students may still have trouble with understanding these prepositions.
