The BP-1000-CH Booster Pump delivers the full flow rate with only 30 psi of feed water No more low water pressure issues! The Booster Pump is wrapped in our custom GX Splash Guard Chassis which connects right to the GX1000, supported with its own non-marking caster. The deluxe system includes our electric shutoff kit consisting of a float switch and feed water solenoid valve. The solenoid valve cuts the feed water to the whole system when not in use. The GX200HF with a single GrowoniX High Flow membrane outperforms all other systems in the same class that utilize two membranes. When we developed the GX200HF, we decided to pack all the high end features into a tight efficient RO unit. We engineered a 50% increase in water production over traditional ROs, lowered the waste ratio to 2:1, and still offered it to you for the same price point of an entry level RO filter. We topped it all off with a 2 stainless steel liquid-filled pressure gauge, never before seen in a filter this size, and integrated it into our patented GX Series bracketing system. We went back to the drawing board and asked the question, How can we do the same thing we did with the GX Series, but do it at a special price point, one which opens the doors to everyone wishing to make purified waterwithout sacrificing the quality that is synonymous with the GrowoniX product line? With the EX Series, we were able to strip out all the nonessential components, and leave in all the high quality parts found in the GX Series. We reduced the manufacturing cost and passed that savings along to our customers. Along the way, we discovered something special: On the EX600 and EX1000, the new bracket we developed allowed us to use tall 20 pre-filtersnobody has ever done this. The amount of sediment and carbon pre-treatment just doubled. The EX600-T and EX1000-T are offered at an unparralled price point. Electric Shut Off Kit

An essential add-on to almost any water filter! Shuts down feed water before the water filter. Controls on/off cycling of high pressure booster pumps. The electric shutoff kit consists of a float switch and solenoid valve. Mount the float switch in your water tank or nutrient storage tank. Install the solenoid valve on the front end of your water filter. When the tank level decreases to the desired amount, the float switch opens the solenoid valve, the booster pump (if installed) powers on, and the water system begins refilling the storage tank.

why Recycle?
Want better than 1:1? The GrowoniX Recycler Series will give you just thatsystems ratios as low as .25:1 (drain/product). Thats .25 gallons of drain water to 1 gallon of purified RO water. All this is accomplished through the Recycle Loop. Heres how it works: A recycle loop takes a portion of the concentrate flow which would have otherwise gone to drain and returns it to the feed of the RO pump in a continuous loop. Reducing the concentrate flow to drain achieves a higher system recovery percentage. Pump sizing needs to take into consideration the additional flow coming from the concentrate recycle loop. Careful attention must be paid to the feed water analysis. Concentrating the waste stream to a higher degree can only be done to a certain point before fouling will occur in the membranes. This fouling point will vary with each feed water.

When it comes to water filtration, oftentimes, certain applications require something more than an out-ofthe-box solution. Custom water systems, especially wall-mount designs, can leave behind the expensive metal fabrication and bracketing, allowing for the implementation of more important water-making features. This is especially so in the gardening environment.
High volume water productionThe highest flowing assembly line system that GrowoniX manufactures delivers approximately 1.5GPM. Many applications, due to time constraints, require water production above 1.5GPM. One answer is to simply purchase multiple water systems, which can be fine. Sometimes a custom solution offers more bang for the buck. Operational redundancyAlthough uncommon, sometimes a component failure, such as a booster pump, can paralyze water-making ability. Can your garden thrive for a few days while you wait for a replacement part? If not, custom systems can be built utilizing 2 or 3 separate identical components. If one pump fails, then pump 2 and 3 can keep the water system producing at 66%, keeping your garden running at 100%. EfficiencyCustom water systems can be designed around efficiency features such as antiscalants pumps, recycle FlowBoxes, Recycle Booster pumps, etc. How about a system ration of .25:1 with membrane elements lasting 5 years before replacementthats efficient. *Customers treating well water are encouraged to call the custom shop and discuss which setup is right for them. No water is too dirty to treat, just trickier.
