Dear All, Pls find NEW CAF SELF HELP SERVICES available for the Retailer / Distributor for

the following status: 1. TV status 2. CAF status 3. MNP status 4. De-dupe status 5. VTM status Following are the options:

Option 1 - Push SMS:


For CAF image status updated as "N" "For MDN xxx, <Rejection reason details> .Pls resubmit the CAF / Docs to avoid suspension"

2. For CAF entry is completed


"Dear Retailer CAF for Reliance mobile XXXXXXXXXX is accepted. Please ask customer to initiate his 1st call on any number for verification" 3. For Tele-verification positive "Dear Business Partner, the televerification of the customer MDN XXXXXXXXXX is successful. Pl inform the customer to start using the services"

4. For Tele-verification negative


"Dear Business Partner, the televerification of the customer MDN XXXXXXXXXX is negative. The services cannot be resumed"

Option 2 Pull SMS - Tele-verification status:


For TVP status SMS ST TVP <MDN>to 53738. following messages will be received depending on the status: 1. For tele-verification positive: Tele-verification positive for Reliance number XXXXXXXXXX. The Customer can use the services 2. For tele-verification negative: Tele-verification negative for Reliance number XXXXXXXXXX. Connection cannot start without correct name and address 3. For Tele-verification pending Tele-verification pending for Reliance number XXXXXXXXXX. Please ask the customer to initiate 1st call to any number for verification 4. For CAF not received CAF not received for Reliance number XXXXXXXXXX. Please submit the duly verified CAF to the distributor for processing 5. For Data entry in process Data entry for Reliance number XXXXXXXXXX is in process. Pl ask customer to initiate 1st call to any number for verification after 1 hr 6. For MNP in process Response from other operator is awaited for number XXXXXXXXXX for MNP transaction closure

Option 3 Pull SMS - CAF status :

For CAF Status - ST CAF <MDN> to 53738: CAF XXXXXXXXXX for MDN XXXXXXXXX has been received by Reliance. Thank You For MDN XXXXXXXXXX CAF is still not received. Pls submit your CAF to the nearest Reliance outlet Scrutiny is not yet completed for the MDN XXXXXXXXXX & CAF XXXXXXXXXX

For MDN xxx, <Rejection reason details> .Pls resubmit the CAF / Docs to avoid suspension

Option 4 Pull SMS - VTM status:


For VTM Suspension - ST VTM <MDN> to 53738: For MDN xxx CAF is not as per DOT Guideline. Kindly re-submit the new CAF and documents to avoid suspension. Reliance

Option 5 Pull SMS - De-dupe Status


Prepaid De-dupe - ST DEDUPE <MDN> to 53738: For MDN xxx CAF is not as per DOT Guideline. Kindly re-submit the new CAF and documents to avoid suspension. Reliance

Option 6 Pull SMS - MNP status


MNP - ST MNP <MDN> to 53738: Dear Business partner your port-in request ddmmyy for XXXXXX MDN is under process & will be processed
