The project I am working on is Studying the trend of Electronic Performance Management in organisations. For studying this trend of E- PMS, I am framing and analyzing case studies of the organizations who have already implemented this system. How is the method of appraisal captured in the electronic system for performance management system? 4. Reasons for transition from manual to electronic performance management system. (please specify) 5. Which software was chosen, how it was implemented (purchased full package/ customized it/ got it designed by the Software Company/ etc.) & Why? 6. Cost effectiveness of the e-PMS. & How many years has the org. been using E-PMS. 7. Beneficial features of the Electronic PMS installed by the co. (mention the system features). 8. How was the awareness regarding the E-PMS created among the management & employees? (Training program, etc.) 9. Benefits of E-PMS to both management & employees.( Feedback received after electronic system usage.) 10. What Challenges were faced during/after the implementation of E-PMS by management & by employees? How was it resolved? 11. Is salary/compensation planning part of E-PMS? (How is it managed?) 12.
