    Certificate IV in training and assessment is a four week course. Day classes run once a month, and involve 3 days of face to face training per week, over a 4 week period. Night classes run over 9 weeks, for 2 nights per week. Assessments are scheduled throughout the 4 weeks (day class) or 9 weeks (night class) of workshops. Once you have submitted all of your assessments, your trainer / assessor will need approximately 2 weeks to complete your file and sign you off if deemed competent.

    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

    TAEDES401A - Design and develop learning programs. TAEDES402A - Use Training Packages and accredited courses to meet clients needs. TAEDEL401A - Plan, organise and deliver group based learning. TAEDEL402A - Plan, organise and facilitate learning in the workplace. TAEASS401A - Plan assessment activities and processes. TAEASS402A - Assess competence. TAEASS403A - Participate in assessment validation. BSBCMM401A - Make a presentation. BSBLED401A - Develop teams and individuals. BSBMGT403A - Implement continuous improvement.

    The course is assessed in the following ways: 1. Workbook activities completed in class. 2. Written assignments completed at home. 3. Practical assessments completed in class.

    We are offering both night classes, and day classes. Day classes run once a month, and involve 3 days of face to face training per week, over a 4 week period. Night classes run over 9 weeks, for 2 nights per week. There is also a component of take home, self-paced study.

    Classes are held at: Ballinger Training, 1/2 Melaleuca Street, Kuluin 4558

    Classes start at 9am, and finish at 3pm.

    This depends on your previous knowledge and experience, however, on average you can expect to have around 6 hours per week of homework to complete (day class)or around 3 hours per week (night class).

    Just contact your trainer or our office on 54768250 as soon as possible if you have any difficulties getting to a class. Your trainer will then contact you to organise with you a time to do a catch up session.

    Assessments are scheduled throughout the 4 weeks (day class) or 9 weeks (night class) of workshops. If the schedule is followed, all assessments can be completed competently within the 4 week/9 week timeframe, you could expect to have your qualifications within a 2 week period of competing classes. Once you have submitted all of your assessments, your trainer/assessor will need approximately 2 weeks to complete your file and sign you off if deemed competent. If any assessments need to be resubmitted, you will be contacted by your trainer during this time. Once you are signed off as competent, you will receive your Certificate and Statement of Results within 7 working days.

    As a result of completing this course participants will acquire the skills and knowledge to To acquire the competencies needed to 1. Design and develop training programs to meet a range of client needs. 2. Deliver training and facilitate learning - whether it is in a workplace or in a formal training environment. 3. Provide workplace coaching or mentoring. 4. Assess competence both formally and informally.
