Summary of Analysis and Conclusion Base o the literature review and field observation It is argued that hospitality language arise from a combination of procedural, behavioral and linguistics, verbal and non-verbal, direct and indirect. Hospitality language has assumed a standardizes universal from with own register of specialist terms. That customer satisfaction could be increased through some carefully planned training in customer relations, including hospitality language, which could take place in-house. Literature Review
According to hotel business grows quickly at present and most of the hotel companies would like employees who can speak English fluency to work in their company. A person who has good communication with guests will get good job. It is surprising that many employees cannot speak English fluency that will be done some guest complains, so employees must be trained to know English skill especially speaking skill because Lynn (2000) said today's tight job market and vibrant economy are creating entry-level jobs often filled by workers whose first language isn't English. Savvy entrepreneurs are not only tapping into this rich segment of the

labor pool but also strengthening the value of those English employees by helping them learn English through classes held at work., and communication between guests and employees is an essential part of restaurant service. Susskind (2006) that makes the guests impresses or not impresses with their service, so the employees have to speak with guests clearly and try to make them understand that they speak with. Speaking skill is essential skill for hotel restaurant business that every employee has to speak English for communication with guest because if the employees speak well, it will be good for business too. Training English to employees is very important thing to improve them to speak English, and employers must fine methods to help them to improve speaking skill for effective communication in hotel restaurant business. According I read the articles, the way to improve speaking skill is public speaking that is the way to help the employees communicative successfully, and they will have confidence to speak English because some employees fear to speak face to face with guests Hilgers (2006). Public speaking can help the employees speak more successfully that they should practice to speak by themselves. Moreover, when the employers were trained to speaking English they will know about problems of using English that teachers or tutors will find ways to solve those problems, and while they are studying English, teachers will suggest them about studying English that teachers suggestion may be a good way to help employees improve their speaking skill. English for Specific Purpose is wanted by employees because it can also play a advantage role in the design of appropriate and effective works that it is suitable for employees to learn speaking skill Freiermuth (2007).The employees can learn speaking skill from this program because it focus to teach on specific purpose. For example, if employees want to learn speaking, this program will focus to teach on speaking skill that make employees more understand. Understanding what learners

need is an essential pert of developing appropriate activities for employees Brookfield (1988) and Berwick (1989). There are three methods that teachers suggest their students to improve speaking skill firstly dont worry about grammar, teachers suggest that when students speak with someone dont be shy if they mistake about grammar. They should speak without concerning about grammar that makes them have more confident relax, and can speak fluency. If students worry about grammar when they speak, they will not be confident to speak, and it is difficult to improve their speaking skill. Next, role play is one way to help the employees to improve speaking skill. They can crease story by finding information from newspapers, magazines, and internet, and play following this story that they can practice speaking. In addition, they will be more confident to speak and make them fun with studying. Lastly, word games can improve employees in pronunciation and they can remember vocabularies. Although, employees will be trained to improve speaking skill they must practice speaking by themselves for more successfully speaking and more confident. Moreover, they will have technique in speaking English for satisfaction of guests that this technique will come from their experience. Satisfaction of guest will come with achievement of hotel restaurant business.

Rational and Background

Hotel restaurant employees have to use English to communicate with guests in restaurant. Speaking English may make them succeed in communication with guest, so the researcher would like to find ways to help them more successfully in speaking English as a second language. The meaning of success is.. The researcher find out the answer about success in speaking English that help them speak English more successfully in restaurant. The researcher hopes that the data of this research will be useful for employees who would like to succeed in speaking English.

Scope of this study According to hotel restaurant employees cannot speak English fluency in hotel business, so this study is studying hotel restaurant employees in speaking English, the problem that have effect to their speaking, and the methods to help them improve in speaking. This study would like to help them to speak English more successfully. The interview, observation and test will be used for find out the answers and 40 hotel restaurant employees at Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort and Spa will answer these method data collections. This studying aims to help employees speak English more successfully by using the data of this research find out.
