The Accounts & Finance Officer is responsible to follow overall financial policies and procedures and practically implementation of procedures and it includes processing of payments, payroll and preparation of invoices for donors and liaison with banks. The position requires supervising, training, guide subordinates with the accounting tools. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: 1. Preparation of monthly management reports including spending variance reports of projects. 2. Preparation of annual financial statements. 3. Monthly reconciliation of fixed assets register and keep the register up to date. 4. Processing of payments against vendors bills and book receipts against income. 5. Preparation of rupees and dollar account bank reconciliation. 6. Liaison with banks regarding ( leasing matters, bank profits, open bank account & transfer of funds to project offices ) 7. Preparation and submission of monthly tax statements in tax authorities. 8. Preparation of employees payroll. 9. Enter data in Provident Fund accounting and preparation of Provident Fund payments. 10. Coordination with the external auditor of provident fund during annual audit. 11. Check and make adjustment of employees and In house Consultants advances (Official & Personal). 12. Filing of vouchers and documents. 13. Preparation of proposed budgets in line with activities of proposals submitted to proposed clients/donors. 14. Preparation of working budgets for approved signed contracts. 15. Preparation of invoices and send to stakeholders and donors. 16. Tax calculation of Employees for tax deduction from salary. 17. Coordination with the external auditor during annual audit and project audits. 18. Coordination with LEAD Pakistan project Offices. 19. Coordination with the internal auditor for smooth running of LEAD Financial policies and procedures. 20. Process and submission of EOBI on monthly basis. Professional Requirements: 1. At least 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualification Requirements: M Com from a recognized university.
