This is a reusable asset to automate the code review process Designed and Developed MQ Loader - Utility to Load MQs with Messages. This is a reusable asset to load single or multiple messages in Websphere MQs in a mainframe environment Devised a simplified approach for the Name Recognition problem via Soundex based name recognition tool in REXX. This is a simple REXX based utility which recognizes the above problem and tries to provide a solution by using an algorithm known as Soundex matching algorithm Designed an utility that simplifies the tedious process of recovering data from tapes in the form of JCL Generation and Submission Utility . This utility is currently under use in the project and has resulted in decrease of more than 300% of development effort required if done manually apart from minimizing the defect density Developed an asset that eases the task of creating deliverables that are repetitive in nature in the form of File Replication Utility . This tool creates clones of an existing parent deliverable and then makes what ever changes the user wants in the child deliverables thereby minimizing the defects as there is no manual intervention and minimize the effort that is required to do the same thing otherwise Presented the topic Understanding Call Pricing in Telecom Domain Present and Future Trends in the companys knowledge sharing meet
