Uniforms ($85)Can be reused next summer. Shooting shirts ($10) Coaching Fees for the first month (4 practices @ $10 per practice--$40) Gym Rental Fees for summer ($200 per person) for the entire summer Insurance for tournaments and practices ($10) All those who make the team will sign a payment plan contract. You will be auto-charged on a credit card for each monthly installment.

SPRING & SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE LOCAL TEAMS: (28 Practices & 20-25 games) 1 practice per week in April. (5 practices) 2 practices per week in May and June. (9 +8 = 17 practices ) 2 practices per week in first three weeks of July (6 practices) Play in 6 Local Tournaments (Travis, Williamson & Hays Counties) ~ 20- Games REGIONAL TEAMS: (36+ Total Practices + 30-35 games) 2 practices a week in March after Spring Break (4 practices) 2 practice per week in April. (9 practices) 2 practices per week in May and June. (9 +8 = 17 practices) 2 practices per week in first two weeks of July (4 practices) Play in 5 Local Tournaments (Travis, Williamson & Hays Counties) ~ 20- Games Add 3 Regional Travel Tournaments (San Antonio, Dallas, Houston) ~ 15 Games NATIONAL TEAMS: (40+ Total Practices + 35-40 games) 2 practices a week in March after Spring Break (4 practices) 2 practice per week in April. (9 practices) 2 practices per week in May and June. (9 +8 = 17 practices) 2 practices per week in July (8 practices) Play in 4 Local Tournaments (Travis, Williamson & Hays Counties) ~ 20- Games Add 4 Regional Travel Tournaments (San Antonio, Dallas, Houston) ~ 15 Games Add 1 National Travel Tournament (Vegas, Orlando, Kansas City, etc) ~5 games

Some practices may shift according to unforeseen events, but we do pledge to have between 1-2 practices per week.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEES

April Tournaments $25-$30 per player 2 Tournaments = $50-$60 per month per player May Tournaments $25-$30 per player 2 Tournaments = $50-$60 per month per player June Tournaments $300-$500 per team $30-$50 per player 2 Tournaments = $60-$100 per month per player July Tournaments 2-3 Tournaments = $60-$300 per month per player FLEXIBILITY: We know that it is a significant price to pay, so we wanted to be as transparent as possible with regard to cost breakdown. This is a final figure that can be managed and lessened through some of the following measures. PAYMENT PLAN: You can pay via installments or you can pay one lump sum. You can pay with credit card, check or cash. FUNDRAISERS: If a team parent is willing and industrious, we welcome any fundraising efforts that are appropriate and effective. A Scholarship Fund will also be formed. HOSTING A TOURNAMENT: There will be opportunities to earn tuition credit through volunteering at CTX Attack tournaments and fundraisers. TEAM PARENT: We will look for a team parent to help with coordination of clock and book keepers, travel arrangements and tournament scheduling as well.
