VSPP
VSPP or Very Small Power Producer is a power generator of a private sector , state agency , state owned enterprise or individual who generate and sell electrical power less than 10 MW to MEA or PEA. Fuels which are used in a power generation process are solar energy , biogas and biomass energy , hydropower , natural gas and etc. The objectives for purchasing electrical power from VSPP are to support an efficient use of resources and reduce pollution effect to the environment
