Business Meeting (Members Conference Meeting)

Open scripture Is 1:10 by Minister Michael Williams Members Attendant:29 Adults 16 children The purposes of this member conference is to set the church in order Asks the member not be afraid to speak their mind for this is a membership conferences Paying off the church in 5years

1st conference Membership

Attendant: No one can be absent 2 and 3 months and still be a member unless you are sick or working. She expect every member to attend this church not missing 2 or 3 weeks at time . Member must be on time, Member must be obedience. Question Are the members satisfied with being in this church, Discussed Membership classes for all members Tithes: All members must pay tithes form the top of your income. If you dont believe in paying tithes, you dont need to be a member of the church Because we are tithes paying church. We will start having membership classes and every member must attend the classes.

2nd conference : Doctrine

2 nights in the month to teach the doctrines of the church you will receive a doctrine paper Question: What did we baptism in? What the church name, address, and pastor? How many believe she been a women not capable lead the church? What will you tell them about a women pastor What scripture will you use. What scripture did you give to a women being apostle? Who has not been baptism? Brother Robbins & Sister Hall

3rd conference : Meeting

Conference Meeting: Every Tuesday once a month. All the planning, yearly calendar, and monthly calendar Board Meeting : Once a month---- Usher, Youth, Mother, Minister, Pastor Aid.

4th Conference: Leadership

(1)Pastor, Apostle Essie Williams (2) Assistance Pastors, Evangelist Holt, Minister Michael, Elder Charles Thompson (3) General Mother, Evangelist Betty Davis (4) Head Deacon, Deacon Nathan Mcnear The pastor should not be bother with small matter or small conflicts but the other leaders. The Leaders must be respected The pastor shall know of every meeting and thing that goes on in the church. The pastor will give a written order to whom she will. And the order is not to be question.. for she is the C.E.O. All the Assistance under her must know her and have on mind and heart of the pastor, because they are her understudy. And teach the same doctrines

5th Conference: Auxiliary Praise teammust be given to fasting & prayer one day about 2hours. Must come to church with good spirit, do not sing if
you had an argument before church. 6th Conference : Voting for the change of the service

Minister Michael ask if service can be changed from Wednesday & Friday to Tuesday and Thursday A vote were taken and 17 members asks that the service be changed.(Michael, Lilly, Sam, Tippin, Evangelist Holt,Clair, Nikki Chell, Crystal, Betty D, Oma, Robbie, Gloria J. Temika, Denzel Evang Finney, ---- Pastor asked why members wanted to change servicereponse so they can support their children in school activites, and that it is family night, or a time to relax. Pastor stated she will not be able to change service time, because it conflict with the other church time. The member are not doing anything on Friday so there is not reason to not come the church on Friday night.
