Join Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Bytec in backing the ideal, open server operating system debian4you, which is an Etch-based standard Linux distribution with PRIMERGY-specific additions. The entire service for debian4you is provided by the software partner Bytec. The service packages Basic, Standard and Premium range from e-mail to 7x24h phone support. File Server, Print Server, Mail Server, Web Server and Proxy Cache Server). debian4you was upgraded for Fujitsu Siemens Computers servers and in addition to drivers contains integrated ServerView agents for hardware monitoring, as well as tools for RAID monitoring (ServerView RAID agents and Manager). debian4you live CDs The debian4you live-CDs can be used for test purposes on PRIMERGY servers, even if these are running under a different operating system. The ServerView agents and RAID tools are also fully integrated. Live CDs can be downloaded from the Bytec download area. debian4you service level agreements Beside the debian4you media kit compatible debian4you Service Level Agreements are offered at a preferential price, which may be readily activated via the Internet at Fujitsu Siemens Computers. Support All service products are available with terms of one or three years. Debian4you support has to be called via Bytec hotlines, that are specified in the service certificates. debian4you Basic Support debian4you Basic Support is designed for servers that are not integrated into business-critical processes. E-mail support with 2 working days response time Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 hrs (except bank holidays) debian4you Standard Support Standard Support is the core of debian4you maintenance; it is indispensable for servers with business-critical applications. E-mail and telephone support with 2 hours response time Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 hrs (except bank holidays) debian4you Premium Support debian4you Premium Support offers both firms with multi-shift operation and corporations that intend to run reorganization and maintenance work on weekends, the highest possible safeguard against operating system outage.
