We are also a technical partner to the Tour de France organisers ASO, providing riding experiences for their top clients and also arranging the annual ASO ProAm. This close work allows us to give our guests the best support throughout their tours with us.
13 July 2013 Stage 14, Saint Pourcain sur Sioule - Lyon, 191km
Our tour commences in the stunning region of Provence. We invite you to join us directly at the hotel or alternatively we will be providing a complimentary transfer from Aix-en-Provence TGV station at 2pm. On arrival, guests will be fitted to their Trek Madone bikes or our mechanics will assist to assemble your bikes for you should you wish to bring your own. In the late afternoon we will take a leisurely ride through the surrounding countryside. Our support vehicle will be en route with you should you wish to make any adjustments. We will be sure to be at the hotel though to watch the closing stages of the day's Tour action on television. In the evening you will enjoy a welcome dinner at our hotel. During each dinner you will enjoy a recap on the day's Tour de France action and a briefing on your following day's activities.

Paris Extension
Following the conclusion of the cycling component of the tour, you will be transferred to Grenoble TGV station. From here you will travel to Paris in only a few hours. On arrival in Paris you will transfer with your guide to our stunning hotel in close by the Eiffel Tower. The evening is at leisure, however should you wish to enjoy a show, dinner cruise or have a restaurant reservation made please let us know so that we can assist.

Enjoy a full buffet breakfast at the hotel between 7 and 10am. Hotel check-out is at 10am however the hotel is able to provide luggage storage for your convenience should you require. Should you wish to extend your stay pre or post, please let us know as we can arrange a costing for additional nights on your behalf. We are also able to assist with private or seat in coach transfers to/from the airport.

Located in the heart of a Paris by the city's most iconic monument, the Mercure Paris Centre is the ideal spot from which to explore this stunning city. The 4* hotel offers spacious rooms, all of which have recently been refurbished, free wifi and many great restaurants close by.
Nutrition
SportsPulsions.com has partnered with Performance Sports Nutrition to provide our guests with some of the best products on the market that assist with pre ride preparation, immediate and pre-ride sustained energy release during rides and post ride recovery. Performance Sports Nutrition is a market leader in the sports supplement industry, supporting pro cycling and triathlon teams throughout Europe.
On all ride days you will be provided with a range of energy products (gels, bars and isotonic energy powders) to assist you in your riding and recovery along with fruit, cake, water, etc.
The Bikes
SportsPulsions.com is a partner of Trek France. Through our agreement, guests will all have use of the Trek Madone 5.2, a top quality, full carbon fibre bike with excellent running gear which we replace every 12 months. Should you wish to bring your own bike this is welcomed. All bikes are transported in our support vehicles with internal racking and mechanic station. Throughout the tour, our guides will clean and service the bikes for the guests and make any fitting adjustments they may need. We request that guests provide their own pedals, bike computers, helmets, pump kit and cycling shoes. Lights will also be required on this tour as there are short tunnels on some of the alpine roads we will ride.
