KEMSTECH computer and Networking Solutions plc is a partnership form of
business which owned by closely related friends. Unlike other typical computer and Networking as well as internet center it will provide unique services with highly professional that have a B.Sc. degree personnel in addition to Computer maintenance, network installation ,website development and hosting. It provides searching of intranet service, advanced and basic computer training, and the international language training center. To start this business a loan of 35% of the requirement is from commercial bank of Ethiopia(CBE) and the other 65% is covered by the owners. It has a plan of employing more than 45 permanent and contract workers.

in equipping its customer with real knowledge about computers and internet in order to be the member of global community. It gives much access to the user 1. Access to fairly cost, they can afford and in such a way that are not socially and economically as well as culturally isolated. 2. To quality service and get pleasure, enjoy high satisfactory and teaching 3. The location of our business is comfortable for our customer to easily penetrate in the market 4. To teach the basic skill of computer and intranet knowledge in order to produce a moderate know how with in the community. 5. Making the community well prepared to any interference about the computer and internet that by others. 6. Providing webhosting services for organizations both governmental and NGOs. 7. Network installation and computer maintenance. KEMSTECH computer and Networking Solutions Solutions plc is a partnership
form of business which owned by closely related friends. It has a plan of providing good service for the local community, governmental and non-governmental organizations both locally and nationwide as a whole. It will provide a unique qualified service with a highly experienced professional staffs for enhancing the development of Information Communication Technology and other technologies in Adama Town and Ethiopia.
Financial Requirement
We will require over draft facility and owners capital of 1.8 million for working capital needs. 35% of the financial requirement covered from owners contribution. The rest amount 35% of the requirement covered from loan to be paid for five years. We have planned to get loan from Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. This collected fund is to cover expenses related to purchase computers, machines, equipments, and salary of employees for the year.

Objective
Since this is partnership business, we have set objective of getting profit and satisfaction of customers by our services. Also to use the community in this modern technology center by providing services.

Culture can be good or bad in large countries with different nation and nationalities. We have appreciated different idea of each other and asset useful things that will improve our way of living. So in our thought this kind of business will change the attitude of the society by providing quality services as well as being for the society.

As we know today every thing is based on information and communication technology our business will be the foremost to introduce technology and explore the world to our country.

Now a days Ethiopia followed free market policy of economy and no interference of the government with the business owner in terms of price discrimination while we are starting our business we need the support of the government to get license because the rule of the government for the market economy is to control the price inflation and deflation.

It is important to put new venture in the proper context. In a particular venture will be assessed by the potentials investor on a number of criteria one which is the industry in which the entrepreneur will be computing. The future trade of this company is to provide unique service for the society in the technological way and to make a well known technological business center with an international standard.
Competitors
There is no competitors that matches with us there are some centers that have give services like printing, writing that but our business center is not such like that it gives a vast and a big knowledge for customer with a fair and easy cost.

Strength:
We will have personalized and good approach and services to our consumers. Also we are local business to understand the targeted customer need. Our emphasis is on the quality of services, and good markets allows potentially high markup. We have excellent premises and new equipment, flexible with the technologies change and low running cost. This new technologies advancement allows us to adjust our services as to the customers need.
Weakness
This are thing that our business is not good so we find out that the weakness of our new venture lack of finance in order to advertise our services to our customer, lack of supplies, and lack of highly experienced personnel.
Opportunities
Are things around our business on communities that will be good for business that we provide quality of services and there is no other existed business like as our current equipment and new technologies to deliver our services?
Threat:Are things around us in the community that will be bad for our business. So that the threat that will find in our new venture are other business in the area or other computers making similar service like us. Also credit sales mean that there is a possibility of bad debts specially, in times recession and also natural hazard are on other threat.
- Information desk In addition, we have planned to pay for mentioned employees depending on our size business on scale of our company and in negotiation. Also, we have planned to award an incentive for diligent, honesty, hard workers and punctual employee at the end of the year.

Our business is designed to provide quality service and keeping our customers entertained and satisfied by our service. Generally, the price may decrease or increase depending on the total marketing of our suppliers. But we try to satisfy our customers by not increasing the price.

Promotion
We have planned to use three types of promotion Medias. Those types of advertisement Medias are in the local country of TV (etv), radio, facebook, twitter and other social networks and yellow pages. Then will advertise in the beginning telling the people what we are and where they can get /find us. After the business runs for longer time it will advertise that, what new services are included and other issues in related pricing. We will also run some special pricing with advertisements. All of these to make consumers aware of us and to hope fully increase our sale. For this promotion purpose, we have budgeted 20000 birr.
3. Place
Since KENBY computer and Networking Solutions plc is found in Adama town, in front of Hawas building which is a business city so creates good for us in order to be profitable.

Organizational plan
There will be four owners who will own the business, and will work in the daily operations. The first owner is Kennedy Beyan who has over six years 6 years ,experience in Computer maintenance, web design , Network Operation, Information security and he has graduated from Addis Ababa University in Computer Engineering. The second owner is Jemal Seid, who has over five years of experience in Software development, oracle DB, JDBC application. He has graduated from Mekele University in Software Engineering and also he has degree in business administration from Unity University College. The third owner is Mrs Susan Lee, who has seven years of computer training experience. he has graduated from Adama University in computer science. The fourth management person is Medinah Mohammed who has over four years experience in Customer handling and counseling and she has graduated from Adama University in Psychology.
Legal consideration
The business that we are going to form is use to form is the limited liability company structure. The way of limited liability Company chosen for several resources: - The first was on the profit of firm to be taxed transfer to ones own personal tax return. - The second reason s consider was that the owner of the company has limited liability they can liable for what they have invested in the business the last consideration was that in some stages the limited liability businesss are not required to have a board meeting

Organizational Structure
This organizational structure is the level of managerial functions as we have mentioned before in the organizational plan all partners are active participant in the day to day progress of the business in addition to creating the business all partner contributed to the financial resource and will share the earned profit equally Ato Jemal Seid in the general manager of the business centre and formulate rules and regulation how the business run operated and forecast decision of supplies with help of other partners Ato Kennedy Beyan manages the computer maintenance and network operation activity secretarial and computer game activities. Mrs Susan Lee prepare training manuals and give the training. Ato Abebe Alemu(employee) manages the resource of the centre and purchase material in put resource for the centre to deliver the service he has a task managing bids in purchasing equipment W/rit Medinah Mohammed manage the photo copy, laminating, binding and publication section . W/rit Muna Ali(employee) sees the customer feeling about our centre in our day to day activity or service also he take a customer need by using different instrument like interview and questionnaire and deliver it to the concerned section she has also a duty of advising customer and training .
Financial Plan
Sources of finance
In order to find the initial requirements of the business we would require the following financing.
1. Long term loan ( five years)
This loan will be allotted for buying the following materials and equipments that are necessary for our business start up. 2. short term loan(six months) We require a total amount of birr 15,000 for getting the trade mark license and for advertisement purpose. Generally we will loan 35% of our finance from Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and the other requirement is covered by the investors.
