Editors Note: I added this because the linked documentation had no inline pictures and seemed to be a necessary step for those perhaps unfamiliar with this. Note: This assumes you have a test lab setup with Hyper-V and are slightly familiar with it. I am using Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 SP1 so my screenshots may vary from yours.
1. On your HyperV host, startup Hyper-V Manager. 2. right click on a Host and choose New > Virtual Machine

8. Select Install an operating system from a network-based installation server (this changes the NIC to Legacy, which supports PXE booting.)

11. In settings, specify a static MAC address so you can later import it into SCCM for testing.
