PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Since 12th May 2012 to October Company: IDBI Federal Lic L.t.d, (Bancassurance) The Federal Bank L.t.d, Munnar IDBI Federal Life Insurance started in year 2008, IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd is one of fastest growing Life insurance company in India. It is a joint-venture company of IDBI BankIndias foremost development and commercial bank, Federal Bank-one of Indias primary private sector banks and Ageas-a multinational insurance giant of Europe. Federal Bank Limited is a major Indian commercial bank in the private sector, headquartered at Aluva, Kerala. Role: Senior Relationship Manager To sell insurance products through the assigned bank branches by building long term relationship with the bank & providing complete after sales services to HNI clients. Key Accountabilities Sales:

Accept leads generated from in-branch lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank from the database as well as generate own leads. Make appointments, explore the customers financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the companys product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

Training & Development:

Participate in relevant training arranged by the company, take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization. Keep up to date with market developments by reading newspapers, journals & through personal contacts. Deliver the snap modules at bank branch level as formulated by the training team

Relationship Building:

Build long term relationship with the bank staff & clients by responding appropriately to all bank/client queries either directly received or forwarded by the service company. Know all the branch managers, relationship managers & employees of all assigned branches on a personal level.

Customer Relationship Management:

Arrange meetings of banks branch managers & staff with existing clients at least once a month, acknowledging birthdays & anniversaries to review their financial circumstances & life insurance needs as well as to obtain referrals to further prospects.

After Sales Service:

Accept & follow up on suggestions, request & complaints received from clients, ensure claim requests are serviced

Supporting colleagues & bank sales teams:

Support other Relationship Managers and the bank sales team where requested by the sales manager by coaching them in company knowledge, products, services & selling skills, accompanying them on client visits & modeling relevant behavior.

Since Oct 2011- Feb 2012 Company: Aegon Religare Life Insurance Co Ltd, Kollam AEGON, an international life insurance, pension and investment company, Religare, a global financial services group and Bennett, Coleman & company, Indias largest media house, have come together to launch AEGON Religare Life Insurance Company Limited (ARLI).ARLI launched its pan-India operations in July, 2008 Role: Business Manager Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through recruiting agents. Training and developing agents on an ongoing basis. Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels. Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents & update Sales Management System. Promote & motivate agents for Career progression program to make them join the organization.

Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual and group targets. Providing financial advisory, timely solutions to the clients financial needs like, investment needs, insurance. Looking at the clients income spending and investments, and assisting Clarify their short, medium and long-term goals, reviewing sources of income for preparing suitable financial/ investment plans and retirement planning. Jan 2007- Mar 2010 Company: Chithira Motors India Pvt Ltd, Kollam Chithira group of companies Head quartered at Kottarakkara, Kerala are well known to be the first authorized service masters for Maruti in South India, and are the only dealers of Suzuki motorcycles for the entire district of Kollam, group also has concerns like Chithira ITC & Chithira Finance. Role: Marketing Manager Liaison with the parent company (Suzuki motorcycles) in Delhi on behalf of jps (joint program scheme) responsible for planning, conducting and co-coordinating all promotional activities & customer meet. Establishment of the branches, handling the sales team, assigning targets, training & motivating sales team to attain their targets. Overall supervision of the showrooms, responsible for monthly notice, conducting service campaign & training sessions for the new joinees. Reporting to General Manager.

Achievements:

Attended Sales Manager training from Suzuki Delhi, secured Second place in flower show conducted by Kollam Corporation (motorcycles) in terms of marketing, established branches at different places that still runs successfully. Given with the opportunity to work as the Service Marketing Manager for the newly opened Maruti service centre at Pathanamthitta to enhance the performance of the firm. June 2006 - Jan 2007 Company: Fidato Marketing Pvt Ltd, Cochin The company deals with providing care card services and total entertainment solutions a wholly owned division of RR group having its Head Quarters at Cochin Kerala, were the distributors for the Malayalam movie called November rain. Role: Business Development Executive Branding of the product (e-care card), creating tie-ups with all major merchant outlets across the districts of Kerala through a team of field executives, setting up of targets. Monitoring the franchisee operations reporting to Biz. Manager & franchisee manager. May 2002 - June 2004 Company: Al Hadaf Printing Services Works, Ajman The company was into the service engineering works of all types of printing machineries and providing services for importing & exporting of printing machines.
