GUIDELINES TO AUTHORS 1. The papers submitted by authors shall be blind reviewed by members of a referee panel. 2. Soft copies of the paper should be in MS Word format and should be emailed to conference.kaveri@yahoo.in 3. The papers should be around 2000-4000 words. 4. Font type- Times New Roman, Font Size 12 (text), 14 (heading), Margins 1.5 inches on all four sides, Line Spacing 1.5 5. The front page shall include the followinga) Title of the paper b) Name of the author/s c) Complete address for communication d) Email addresses of all authors e) One paragraph about authors including the present position held

6. Following the front page, there should be a page giving the abstract of the paper (250 words). 7. A list of tables and charts should follow the list of references. All tables and charts should be numbered serially. 8. List of references should appear on a separate page as per APA style for academic writing. 9. Authors shall give a declaration that papers sent to us for publication have not been published or sent for publication elsewhere. 10. In case of more than one author for a paper, individual author will have to pay the registration fees separately. 11. The best paper will be awarded a cash prize and a certificate. 12. Submission date of full paper- 20th December,2012 Notification of acceptance- 27th December, 2012 REGISTRATION Registration is a pre-requisite for paper presenters as well as participants.
