MASTER PROGRAM HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

1. Introduction In the marketing, finnance, technology, or management fields ... one of the most important role of managersis to manage human resources. If not being managed, selected, organised, appraised, awarded, motivated and trained, the subordinates cannot be a good manager. Human resource management (HRM) is a subject that all the managers should have a good understand in order to develop, organise, and manage subordinates significantly.

HRM is about to acknowledge the learners in term of knowledge, improving skills in human resource management in organisation/ business. Besides, HRM also helps students to improve their analysis ability, apraising researches in human resources.

2. The objective of subject HRM is an active conflict aspect in theory and also practical life. The subject will concern to help the students in Have an awareness about human resource management Understand the knowledge, skills about strategy, policies and recruitment programs, apraising results, payments, plan human resources in the relationship with others strategies of enterprises. Analyse, report with the resources in HRM, staffs behaviours.

3. Methodology in teaching and studying This program is undertaken as a combination between lectures with situations analysis, discussions, presentation, learning how to solve problems etc. Under the guidances of lecturer, there will be a group of students who are going to present, analyse the situations at workplace.

At the end of semester, a seminar about researches in HRM will help the students to have opportunities, sharing experiences how to do researches, thesises in HRM.

7. Requirements All students should read the documents before lectures and asking questions which are relevant to the lecturers Each person only have 3 minutes to present but there is no limitation in asking questions. There would be no marks if not presenting.

8. Contents and marking sheets of assignment

Introduction (10%) Reasons to choose this topic, objectives, methodology

Secondary data and situations (15%) Brief describe mission, vision, market fields, strategies, organisation structure, relationships, information, management and other significances of business, to help the readers understand the situation.

Collect information and analysing results (30%) Provide the solutions, implementations, programs, opinions from professors about the impact and importance of solutions. There would be some changes within organisations in order to apply solutions.

Type of presentation (15%) Follow the rules and thesis regulations of University

Note: all students must attend to everything presentations.
