ENTRY IN THIS CONTEST CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE: OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The Lux Like, Share & Win! contest (the Contest) is a promotional contest aimed to gain the visibility and create awareness of Lux Vest Fan Page. The competition is organized by Yellow flower Trading Co. LLC the overseas branch office of Lux Industries Ltd (India) The participants of the contest will be asked to like the fan page, share the photo and stand a chance to win free prepaid mobile credit worth NGN 1500. BINDING AGREEMENT: In order to enter the Contest, you must agree to these Official Rules (Rules). Therefore, please read these Rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the Contest constitutes agreement to these Rules. You may not submit an entry to the Contest and are not eligible to receive the prize described in these Rules unless you agree to these Rules. Participants specifically acknowledge having taken special note of the rules rendered in bold. 1. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is only open to entrants who meet the following the criteria: o Entrants age should be 18 and above o Participants should be residents of Nigeria ONLY o The organizer, the indemnified parties, the suppliers of goods or services in connection with this contest and their respective spouses, life or business partners or associates and their immediate family members are barred from participation in this competition. 2. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The organizer is not responsible for any malfunction of its site, data lost, or any errors that have occurred due to system errors. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules. We reserve the right to exclude any person from the contest on the grounds of criminal record 3. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins on 10th Jan and ends on 17th Jan midnight, Nigeria time 4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The only way to enter or participate to this contest is by visiting the Lux Vest Fan Page www.facebook.com/luxvest 5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: - Winners will be selected randomly via a lucky draw and will be announced on 18th Jan on our Fan Page Wall. Winners will have to inbox us their email address, mobile number & mobile network within 2 working days post the first announcement about winners on our Facebook Wall. Only those mobile numbers which are on a prepaid mobile plan will be eligible to receive free credit of NGN 1500. In case, the winner fails to provide a mobile number, which is on a prepaid plan, he/she will not be eligible to receive the free credit. If the winner does not provide the required data within 2 working days post the first notification on our wall, then the winner will be disqualified. 6. PRIZES: 10 Lucky winners will receive a NGN 1500 Naira prepaid mobile credit, regardless of whichever mobile network they use (MTN, Airtel, Etisalat or Glo). The NGN 1500 free credit will be received by them within 15 days post the first announcement on our FB page. No cash shall be paid in lieu of free mobile credit and no request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts of equivalent value 7. PRIVACY: Entrants agree that personal data including name, phone number, mobile network and email address may be processed, stored, shared and otherwise used for the marketing and promotional purposes. Participants also understand this data may be used by the organizer in order to verify an entrants identity and mobile number in the event an entry wins. 8. ELIMINATION: Any false information provided within the context of the contest by any entrant concerning identity, email address, telephone number, fake LIKES, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the Contest. Definition of Fake Likes: Fake Likes from fraud accounts will not be considered and even penalize by disqualifying candidates from contest and potential prizes. We consider many factors to identify such fraud Likes which includes account which has recently opened during contest period, account whose friends are less than 50 and they are not genuine, account which doesn't have proper pic. The organizer has full rights and authority to qualify and disqualify any of the account and hence likes from that account. 9. RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY. The organizer, including its subsidiary companies, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors ("the indemnified persons") bear no responsibility whatsoever if the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
