Assembly instruction

1. The segments of the connection ring are placed on the planar pre-assembly surface, are aligned and welded 2. Then the temporary support frame, to ensure the connection ring, is installed 3. Then lift in the complete connection ring (with temporary support frame) with a mobile crane 4. Two lifting platform required for secure assembly of the connection ring. 5. After lifting the connection ring in either allow it to continue hanging on the crane or set it down on a sub-construction already provided for this purpose. 6. Position presses below the connection ring for exact height location. 7. End the conclusion the connection ring is fixed in the final position. 8. Now assembly of the connection ring (with temporary support frame) to the shaft wall with anchors 9. grout is to insert between connection ring and shaft wall as well as below the connecting ring. 10. Now the temporary support frame is to be removed 11. The sealing system are placed on the planar pre-assembly surface, are aligned and screwed. Preassembly including Dtwyler sealing and Bullflex hose (see also Datasheet Dtwyler sealing and Bullflex hose) as well as the guard plates for the Bullflex hose. 12. Then lift in the complete sealing system with a mobile crane into the shaft 13. Two lifting platform required for secure assembly of the sealing system 14. Access is about opening hatches in the ridge 22. close and weld the hatches 23. Area before the cutter head fill with concrete emulsion 24. build up Pressure 25. the supporting pressure (concrete emulsion) is to adjust about the TBM 26. start up 27. The Bullflex hose is to be activated if the first segment ring is in the sealing system (see also Datasheet). For the filling of the Bullflex hose cement slurry is used 28. If the hose filled, the slide plate are to be put (The gap between sealing system and segment ring is to be closed) 29. Now can be grouted the segment with mortar.

Assembly when possible the Dtwyler sealing be assembled in a horizontal position of the sealing system The Dtwyler sealing ring according to the contour lay out and insert the groove of the track in shorter segments, about 50 cm.
