Apperception: Teacher reminds the definition of circle and its elements Main Activity Exploration Students take out things that its basic shape is circle do an experiment to determine of value. Teacher takes out a thread, some things object which the shape of circle surface, scissors, cardboard paper, and ruler They measure the circumference and the diameter of their circle by a a thread and ruler. Some students measure the circumference and the diameter of teachers circle Students register their measurement in the table on the white board Students divide the circumference by the diameter Teacher and students compare their result (Its in interval 3, 1 until 3, 2) but some of them get nearly to 3, 14 Teacher guides students making the conclusion that the value is 3,14 or

OPENING -Salam Lets start this meeting by reciting basmalah together -Menyapa: good morning....how are u students? Okey, today..we are going to learn about determining of phi to value Are you ready? The purpose/goal our learning today is students are able to find the value of phi Okey..., i have 3 things the shape of circle. This is the big size, this is the medium size, and this is the small size. Let me show you the 3 things: This is the frst, this is the second, and this is the third -Apersepsi Do you have any homework?yes... Okey..please some of you do it in front of the class? Please pay attention to the whiteboard?everybody attention please? Okey...so circle is..... AKTIVITAS INTI EKSPLORASI Okey...i have some things which the shape a different Okey...who will be the volunteer to take the circle shape Every group must take the 3 things which have the circle shape Okey ...please show to me the 3 things you have taken The first group is correct The second group is correct The third group is also correct Okey...i have a roll of rope Every group must measure the 3 things using this rope to find the diameter and circumference. The first group must measure the big things The second group must measure the medium things The third group must measure the small things Okey, if you have found the diameter and the circumference. Please write down on the whiteboard Okey..the diameter of the circle big size is 14 cm and the circumference is 25 cm The diameter of the second things is 18 cm and the circumference is 50 cm The diameter of the third things is 56 cm and the circumference is 43 cm Okey..to find phi, we pattern is circumference is devided by diameter. Please find phi of its things So, based on your finding we can take conclussion phi is nearly 3,14( three point fourteen) KONFIRMASI So,the pattern of phi is Phi= circumference/ diameter PENUTUP On the next meeting, we will discuss/ learn about: the area of acircle

And the goal/ purpose is the students are able to find the area of the circle Okey, for the next meeting. You have prepare someting: First: buffalo paper 2 sheets Second: scissors Third: glue Fourth: compass For doing an experiment to find the area of the circle
