MOVIE COMPETETION GUIDLINES

THEME: Community Medicine : Geriatric Medicine as Multidisciplinary Approach to Elder Care"

TARGETS: Medical Student in Indonesian

OBJECTIVE: Increase awareness and concern for each individual to geriatric medicine.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Each University may submit max three movie.

MOVIE REQUIREMENTS : The deadline of video submission via email (imstc_amsaunsri@yahoo.com) is February 7, 2013 and full paper hardcopy is received by committee at least on February 14, 2013 .

ABSTRACT File Format : Microsoft Word Document in .doc or .docx format Language: English (If local words are used, English translations must be provided) Word Limit: 400 words (excluding title and authors) File Name: Movie-Abstract-University (e.g. Movie-Abstract-UI) Font: Times New Roman (size:10) Line Spacing: 1.5 Please include the following information: Name of the movie Name of delegate from each University Faculty/School of Presenters

Name of Chairperson and contact information (email and phone number) Introduce the contents and background of the movie.

MOVIE: File Format : Movies should be able to be played on Windows Media Player or Real Player, burn in CD Language : English Length: 3 minutes File Name: Movie-University (e.g. Movie-UI)

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES and DEADLINES 1. Each university may only submit maximum three entry for the movie . 2. 4. The delegation should submit the files (PowerPoint) for presentation upon registration on

February 28, 2013.

GRADING CRITERIA: The score of each film will be calculated from the judgess score and votes of the delegates who shall be guided to the movie by Abstract ( 30 % ) Content, clarity of message ( 30 % )

Creativity, desain, sinematography ( 25 % ) its impact to target audience ( 15 % )
