Role: Lead team of four designers. Project planning, Quote work and Estimation. Process feasibility study with due considerations to the part specifications and GD&T. Splitting the activities and scheduling for timely deliver. Design check, Design documentation and Reporting. Actively participating in Design reviews and webex meetings and incorporating the design changes according to the customer requirements. Direct onsite interaction with Indian customers and offsite interaction with US & Europe customers regarding the projects. Strip development by creating surfaces for intermediate stages using advanced tools in CATIA V5 GSD. Creating quilts from the master surface or native CAD data for splitting the steels.
