We are the pioneer Manufacturer of Fully Automatic, Semi Automatic Atta & Besan Plants, and have installed many units of these Plants in the States of West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, U.P, Maharashtra, etc. Some Important Details about Besan ( Gram Flour) Plant are as follows:

Space Requirement (Minimum):

For 2 chaki Atta Plant ---- Approx 30ft x 20ft For 4 chaki Atta Plant ---- Approx 40ft x 40ft

(Note: If, somehow, the required space is not available for the desired plant, then we can alter the space requirement with consultation of our experts.)

Power Requirement:

For 2 chaki Besan Plant ---- Approx: 37-40 H.P For 4 chaki Besan Plant ---- Approx 67 70 H.P

(Note: The Above Power Requirement is the calculation based on the Machines & their Operation Capacity. The Power Requirement can increase/decrease depending on several other factors such as Space Availability, Other Requirements, etc.)

We Suggest you to buy/ arrange all the Electrical Items such as Electric Motors, Starters, Main Switches, Cables, etc from your local Dealer, so that you can get the full facility from local dealers like discounts, services, replacements etc. If, in case, you dont want to arrange from local dealers then we can also provide all the required Electrical Items of standard companies.) Delivery Time: Normally it takes, 30-50 Days, after Confirmation of Order with Advance Payment. It would take some more days, if there are any special requirements/ Electric Supply Failure/ Natural Calamities/ Any other Internal or External factor.

Installation Time: After the Delivery of all the required machineries for the particular plant, our Installation Team will reach the site of Installation within 2-3 days and will start the installation process. For Installation of the whole plant, minimum of 20-50 Days are required depending upon the Plant Capacity. Requisites for Installation (At your Cost): Installation Plan/ Layout diagram has to be prepared with the help of our experts opinion. Civil Foundation Work has to be carried out according to the Installation Plan. Helpers and other labors would be required to carry or lift the machines/ machineries to their respective places. Proper lights, communication paths, ventilations, etc, to be maintained. Provisions of 2 -3 Welding Machines, DA- Oxygen Cylinders, etc to be made for operations like Welding & Cutting. Provisions, if required, has to be made for some other operations like boring, tapping, threading, cutting, Lathe work, surfacing, grinding , etc. Free Space would be required for fittings & fixtures of the necessary machines/ machineries.

After proper Installation of the Atta Plant, our Experts will run/ operate the whole Plant in front of you, as a trial and will show the optimum results ( i.e. 400kg production for 2 Chaki Besan Plant) for sure. After proper running of the Plant, our experts will Transfer all the Technical Know-How, Procedures, process, etc for the operation of each Machines to you or your personnel. Any type of Painting work will not be entertained after completion of installation/ Project. We also provide service for these Atta Plant and can reach to you within very short period of time.
