Sub: Suggestions on Measures for the Prevention of Rape & Sexual Assault on Women
Respected Madam, With reference to your public Notice of Justice (Retd.) (Ms.) Usha Mehra Commission,as responsible citizens of India it is our fundamental duty to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women. Despite of the fact that India is rich in its cultural and traditional values still some of its people lack in moral ethics in respecting and honoring Women.So, in this regard I have framed an 18-Point Plan which is helpful in curbing and to bring down the crime rates against women in our society.

1. Establishment of Women Police Stations 2. Special Trains & Buses for Women during Office and peak hours 3. Checking of Vehicles at Late Hours 4. Security should be increased at Malls, Theatres, and Parks & Other Recreating Places. 5. Ban of Co-Education in High Schools and Colleges 6. Separate Campus Buildings of Day & Residential Colleges for girls 7. Installation of CCTVs at Public Offices & Traffic Junctions 8. Setting up of Fast track Courts 9. History / Rowdy Sheets should be open against Eve-teasers 10. Offence should be Non-Bailable and Punishment should be increased to life imprisonment. 11. Security Guards should be employed in Cabs for Pick & Drop facility for Working Women 12. 24 x 7 Emergency Helpline for women should be setup with rapid response. 13. Lessons on Respect Women should be implemented in High schools & Colleges 14. Pubs & Clubs should not be open till Wee hours and Police should check on Drug menace in all pubs and parties

15. More Funds should be given to Women Empowerment Department to create awareness and Self Defence Programmes free of Costs in Urban & Rural areas. 16. Awards / Rewards should be given to Cops who tackles and crack sexual assault cases in order to boost them in dealing such cases with Iron hand 17. Sexual Assault Cases should be investigated by DSP/ASP level rank Officers in order to increase Higher accountability 18. A Special Department for Women Protection Care / Women Empowerment should be made in Gram Panchayats.
