Login to Olifants
Click on myAdmin
NB: After login to olifants the first thing to do is add KPIs using myAdmin otherwise you wont be able to see stats.
myAdmin gives a user an option to select the KPI you want to view by allowing a user to add or remove the KPIs on his or her account.
Now select stats view
Click on the drop down menu and select the stats you want to
view.

Below is the list of KPIs you can choose from.Use Ctrl +click using a left mouse to select more than one KPI.When you
are done selecting the list of KPIs click on ADD SELECTED.Now you are ready to view stats.

Also under myAdmin you can choose which report you want to receive e.g. Graphical cells stats or change report, total drops etc. 1.Click on access rights 2. Click on the report or stats as required by you.

Cluster Management 1.Login to Olifants 2.Click on Admin
3.Click the + sign to extend.
4.Click on manage custom omcr.

6.Fill in the form presented and select from the drop down menu.
Cluster Management 7. When done click Save.
Host Configuration Host Config is used to change the number of history days of stats that can be stored on Olifants .i.e. Daily cell stats or hourly cell stats. 1. Login to Olifants 2. Click on Admin

Click the + sign to extend on Host Administration

5. Select the module you want to change i.e. Daily or hourly stats.

5. If you want to remove omc click delete or if you want to edit omc details click on the omc name.

OMC/OSS Config Below is the omc edit options. When done editing click on Save

Combined Report Admin Omc Report allows a user to select an omc of choice to receive report from. 1. Login to Olifants 2. Click on Admin

Combined Report Admin 4. Omc report is used to assign to your account omcs you want to recieve report on.
5. Below is the list of the omcs assigned to your account for reports.

Combined Report Admin 6. To remove omc from the report highlight omc and click Remove.To add highlight the omc and click Add.

User Administration
To create an account on olifants you must have administrative rights. 1. To create a new account login to Olifants with your username and password. 2. After you logged in click on admin.

6. Parent module allows you to create, edit and edit i.e. Management report, Administration, Configuration, Statistics,etc

Managing Olifants User Modules Now you can change as module as you require when finished click Save

2. From the drop down list select the parent module and then click Create New Module

Viewing Stats 1. Login to Olifants
2. Set the Vendor by choosing from the drop down list
3. From the left handside select the stats you want to view and the level i.e. omc,bsc and cell level

Viewing Stats 4. Lets select cell stats daily at bsc level

Viewing Stats 5. You can view tabular format or excell sheet

Viewing Stats 6. Another option of viewing stats, you can view cell per day or sum all the days by selecting summation and the range of dates

Adding Formulas 1. Login to Olifants 2. Click Admin
3. Click on + sign
4.Now click on manage stats formulas

DashBoard 1. When you login to olifants you will see dashboard on your right where you can check how many sites and cells are not sending reports with the possibility that they are not on air or theres a problem with links.
2. If you want to investigate you can click on missing and the you will get the cell that is not reporting

DashBoard Also on DashBoard you can see cells that are not carrying traffic
