About the Job
Our client, a specialized call center serv ice prov ider, has an IMMEDIATE NEED as it expands its serv ices in the global health care and pharm aceutical m arket. We are currently seeking sev eral m edical interv iewers as we expand this serv ice throughout the globe. The position is a flexible, part-tim e and 1 00% work from hom e/telecom m uting position. In this position y ou will: - work from hom e as an independent contractor with flexible hours - answer inbound calls from patients - read a pre-written script and asking the scripted m edical qualifier questions - accurately enter data into the com puter sy stem -Min 2 -y ear degree, prefer experience or interest in health sciences/healthcare. Ideal if y ou are a biotech scientist, Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN), Pharm D/pharm acist, Doctor, Foreign Medical Doctor, PhD or sim ilar licensed m edical professional, we are looking to staff for patient contact center work for conducting m edical questionnaires ov er the phone. Hours needed are between 3 am and noon eastern tim e. - hav e a com puter with broadband internet access (not prov ided by , or reim bursed by the com pany ) - Land-line phone serv ice - Hav e av ailability of 2 5 to 4 0 hours per week in one hour tim e-slots on weekday s (between 2 am and 1 0am eastern tim e) - hav e basic com puter skills - av erage or better ty ping skills - hav e a reasonably quiet setting in which to work - be com fortable understanding and pronouncing com plex m edical term s - hav e excellent patient interaction skills - hav e excellent custom er serv ice and phone skills - be exceptionally diligent and reliable - be able to work independently - fluent in written and spoken English and Germ an The candidate will be prov ided... - required software - com prehensiv e orientation (industry background, software and call handling) - m edical/clinical background on protocol as required This is an outstanding opportunity for som eone that would like to work from hom e, needs schedule flexibility and who would like to grow with this exciting new business.
