California Pastrami Welcome to Albuquerque Video Contest

Objective:
The California Pastrami Welcome to Albuquerque video contest is to inform Albuquerque that we are a local Family owned and operated business. We want to see families, kids, teenagers, adults, or anyone who loves our food and service, to be involved in this contest. Welcome to Albuquerque video contest will start January 28, 2013 @ 12:00am and end March 16, 2013 @12:00am

Prizes:
All videos will be judged by California Pastrami staff, and narrowed down to 4 finalist videos. Prizes will be as followed: Grand Prize: 42 LCD TV, California Pastrami T-shirt, and a $30 dollar gift card Second Place: California pastrami T-shirt and $25 Gift card Third Place: California pastrami T-shirt and a $15 gift card Fourth Place: California Pastrami T-shirt and $5 gift card
Prizes Subject to Change (Except grand prize), Prizes must be picked up in person,

3 Simple Guidelines
1. Make a video:
Start your video saying Welcome to Albuquerque Involve our jingle, must contain minimum of 30 seconds of our jingle with a maximum video length of 3 minutes. (Example: Talking about California Pastrami, singing, acting etc.)

2. Have Fun:
Be yourself, act crazy, involve your family have fun with your video. - ()

Privacy Policy
Personal information collected from video submitters to the Welcome to Albuquerque video contest will never be sold. The information collected for this contest will only be used to contact video submitters in direct relation to the contest. The contest winners names (and the names of any honorable mentions California Pastrami may select) will be announced publicly, after consultation with the winner and any honorable mentions, as a part of the Welcome to Albuquerque video contest award recognition process. All personal information collected through the Contest Web site will be destroyed within 6 months of the conclusion of the Welcome to Albuquerque video contest; any videos posted to YouTube will be subject to YouTube's privacy policy.

As my video was evaluated by a technical evaluation panel of California Pastrami employees and given the highest score based on the competition criteria, upon receipt of the Grand Prize competition award, I hereby grant the California Pastrami permission to use my video _____________________, for any and all purposes, without further payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of California Pastrami and will not be returned. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the video.
