Is Worship a Sabbath Thing or A Daily Life Experience, What do you think?

Sabbath worship is when we stand and glorify with our whole hearts on Sabbath and live our lives the rest of the week out of worship or go through the rituals or acts of worship on a Sabbath Day. It may a Saturday, Friday or Sunday as it they vary from place to place depending on where we are and the church we attend. Im not here to start a debate on which day is Sabbath but my story is simple is worship a Sabbath thing or a life lived. Worship as a lifestyle is a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes not mean to be a Sunday event or a thing, occasion or act we do during a church event. It is a daily experience which we are committed to for the rest of our existence, so if you dont go to church or synagogue does it mean that in that week you will not worship. If you relocate to a new area away from church and it takes you a long time to get a good church you will not worship until you are sorted. It starts with your definition of worship in life, Worship is giving glory to God in the simplest meaning and it can be done in so many ways through the way you live, your service, music, dancing, singing, painting and other ways and means. Worship goes beyond singing and music, regardless of culture or creed man was created to worship Isaiah 43:21 Worship goes beyond geographical boundaries, atmospheres, locations, prayer, churches and any kind of meetings. We worship God everywhere and anywhere, with lifted voices, with silent adoration, lifted hands, fruits of our lips, the blessing from our hearts and whatever we can find to bring glory to our God. Worship is a lifestyle and daily experience and not an event Worship in church is important as it brings that corporate grace and anointing even David knew that worship in a congregational place has an amazing blessing as the draws a lot from God, where two or three are gathered in my name there I would be also. Corporate worship is highly important as it bring the whole group as worship as a corporate body. But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Psalms 22:3 He dwells, lives, abides in the worship of his people who worship Him so its important to worship with other on a Sabbath day no matter how many you may be.

Tehillah Worship

But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Psalms 22:3

Corporate worship will be most powerful when the individuals that gathered in the place have been worshipping God throughout the whole week before they came to worship in a corporate setting. I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people. Psalms 35:18 Worship starts from deep within our hearts and is expressed in the way we relate to God Worship in the Old Testament was restricted only to the temple, the temple was created to house the presence of God. Israel had to travel from wherever they were 3 times a year to worship in Jerusalem or even when they were in the wilderness they had to do go to the tabernacle to worship. After the death of Jesus in the New Testament, Christ brought the glory of God to dwell within their lives and in their hearts, Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you 1 Corinthians 3:16. Through Jesus Christ worship changed from being offered only in the tabernacle or temple but wherever men are, they can lift up their voices, lives and declare glory and honour to the King. God will be pleased with the man whose life prove what their lyrics are saying So many times the worship that comes from the place of choice rather than from the place of emotion (i.e. I feel like worshipping), creates an encounter with God that is beyond what we expect. God is not looking for music or poems, the Lord is looking for the composer or the writer behind them. God isnt into personalities he is into the attitude and heart of the person. When we put God first in all we do and worship will become natural to us, like breathing air.

Worship that comes from the place of choice rather than from the place of emotion (i.e. I feel like worshipping), creates an encounter with God that is beyond what we expect

Jesus said it in John 4:21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father that its not the venue whether its a mountain, temple, synagogue, festivals but it was to become a mans lifestyle everywhere, man had become the temple so where ever the man was that is where worship would be worship will continue to be lifted up.

Personally I love the altar of incense in the tabernacle, a sweet smelling fire of perfume and oils that was always going up 24/7 in the temple it never went out and it was always replenished every day. The altar of incense is like our lives, we dont stop worshipping the Lord with our lives every day and with everything we do. Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Ephesians 5:20 This may come as a shock to those who are convinced that worship is music alone and so prefer Sabbath worship because this verse doesnt even say when you have music then give thanks, it just says give thanks in everything. Worship is not an external activity precipitated by the right environment When worship is lead by people with an apostolic, prophetic or evangelistic gift, that worship takes people places into the heart of God. I come from a house where worship is lead by a prophetess and every Sunday our worship is different. There are certain things that God can only release in a corporate setting rather than in a personal worship life. Worship is how we live our daily lives and not how we express it on Sunday mornings Worship the Lord always, dont wait to sing a song, or dance, worship through and because of the blood of Jesus is now everywhere and everywhere, in the Old Testament you had to be led by a Priest or Levitical Singer and now worship is done by you and Jesus is your Worship Leader. Dont stop your worship to sing a song, Anonymous Eliezer of Damascus, Abrahams servant when he went to look for a wife for Isaac and he was in Nahor house and when they agreed to allow Rebecca, his reflex reaction was when Abraham's servant heard their words, he worshipped the LORD, bowing himself to the earth. Genesis 24:52 Tehillah Worship Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. Psalms 141:2

Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. Psalms 141:2 May not men define what worship means to you, may the Holy Spirit teach you and show you what worship is. When you have defined your worship then it easy to live it as a Sunday occasion/ event or live your life as an offering of perpetual worship Worship Him in the Splendor of His Beauty
