TES Celebrates Education Week

Education is a very important aspect of any persons life. It is one great factor in determining a certain future for the individual. A successful education may ensure a successful future both in the persons career or personal path. Affirming the role education in empowering and developing the young to be productive citizens of the country, our former DepEd Secretary Florencio Abad once quoted, The foundation of every state is the education of youth. However, a successful education wont be attained in just a blink of an eye. It should be well-planned and carried out by authorized persons, the teachers, with the support and cooperation of stakeholders. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 2399 and inspiring every educator to do more for the school children to ensure their bright future, DepEd celebrate annually Education Week on the second week of December.
