TRAVEL ADVISORY FOR THE CINQUE TERRE The Cinque Terre is one of the most beautiful areas of Italy, and a place where you can unwind a little as you travel through Italy. But, PLEASE NOTE, the Cinque Terre is not ideal for everyone. To stay on the Cinque Terre and to explore its towns and footpaths you will be constantly encountering steps, and steep climbs even within in the villages themselves. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CINQUE TERRE FOR ANY ONE WITH WALKING DIFFICULTIES OR HEALTH ISSUES IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE.

After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel in Florence, travelling as part of a group of fellow travelers taking the same vacation package, you will have a Group Transfer to the village of Manarola in the Cinque Terre National Park . From the car park at Manarola, you will be escorted directly to the Locanda Guiliana (or similar property) where you will be staying for two-nights in a Double room with Private facilities & Sea-View on a roomonly basis.

SPECIAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CINQUE TERRE ACCOMMODATION Please note that to ensure our clients enjoy an authentic experience of the Cinque Terre we offer accommodation in one of the famous five villages of the Cinque Terre. Accommodation within the Cinque Terre is limited to rooms and apartments which we offer on an Accommodation Only basis. We have carefully selected rooms that offer our clients the best value for their money. But, please note availability of accommodation is very tight and bookings for this vacation package should be made as early as possible to ensure the availability of rooms, especially ones with sea-views. At the time of requesting a vacation we will advise you which accommodation will be included in your package as well as sending a detailed description and photo gallery of the property. We offer rooms with private facilities, sea-view and where possible balconies or terrace with sea-view in the towns of Manarola & Corniglia. Please note these rooms will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and then again upon your departure. All towels, linen, bed-sheets etc in place on the day you arrive will be remain unchanged for your two-night stay. For breakfasts there are numerous bars and cafs that offer Breakfasts that are located to where you will be staying. There are also several fine restaurants located both in Manarola & Corniglia, and both towns are linked by train and footpaths to the other towns of the Cinque Terre. We chose the towns of Manarola & Corniglia, as they both offer a more authentic experience for our clients and are also less-frequented by tourists. TRAVEL LIGHT TO THE CINQUE TERRE We suggest that you leave the majority of your luggage in Florence prior to travelling to the Cinque Terre as you may have to walk up steps to arrive at your accommodation on the Cinque Terre. Most clients choose the cheaper option of taking a public water-bus to Venices Marco Polo Airport. The water-buses leave from St. Marks, a couple of hundred meters from your hotel. And you can pre-purchase tickets for this service when you come to do our tours in Venice as our meeting point is a few meters from the ticket booth for waterbuses. The water-buses start running at 3am in the morning and cost 11 Euro per person.

In case youre planning on booking flights in and out of Rome we would recommend booking a low-cost flight from Venice to Rome to connect with your flight home. Usually these flights cost around 60 Euro per person, and if you booked a late afternoon flight out of Rome you would have no problems finding a flight from Venice to Rome that would connect with your flight home.

HOW TO BOOK THIS VACATION Usually clients contact us by email, after reviewing our vacation packages on our website. In the majority of cases clients want to purchase a particular package and are contacting us for the availability and price of a vacation package that they are on interested in taking on a precise date of travel. In these cases we respond with a formal proposal based on our clients request through which they can book the vacation package their interested in taking by merely filling out the document / booking form. Normally within a 24-48 hour period we can confirm clients booking requests.Other clients may contact us to express an interest in a particular package, but with a few modifications like extra nights or adding on a city stay in another city thats not featured in the original package. All our vacation packages are completely adapted to be designed as Custom vacation packages through which we can realize an incredible variety of vacation packages including ones that are completely a la carte. The step from the planning stage to the confirmation of the package is a very simple one! After receiving your contract well take a deposit payment of 30% and the balance or 100% payment 45-days or less before your arrival date in Italy. Travel documents & Train Tickets will be sent by email to you 30-days prior to your arrival in Italy. WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP VACATION PACKAGE We offer what we call Small Group Vacations, this means you travel as part of a group (without a tour escort) when you take transfers from city to city and when participating in one of our small group tours. The rest of time you will be travelling independently.. .

The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by Avventure Bellissime, such as wars, floods, unusual severe weather, acts of god etc.

Our Tours are sold as a package and therefore we cannot refund a client for services that he/she has decided not to utilize.

The contract is governed by Italian law and in case of dispute that we can not settle amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.

We require 30% deposit of the total amount at the time of confirmation of this contract. Balance is due 45 days prior to date of the first service. For services within 45 days or less total payment is taken upon confirmation.

Vouchers, details of services and invoice will be sent via e-mail not later than 30 days prior date of first service. Please note that once issued train tickets & museum tickets are non-refundable & non-changeable.

The package price is based on each passenger travelling with one suitcase and one carry-on item. Additional fees may apply for additional luggage.
