1. Download and install xlite. 2. After installation run xlite by shortcut on your desktop.

3. right-click on software and click on SIP account settings 4. Click on ADD

5. Type your name as Display Name 6. Type user Extension number under username 7. Type your password under password 8. Type your Extension number under Authorization user name 11. Type voip.ultratone.asia under Domain 10. Check Register with domain and receive incoming calls 11. Select Domain.

Save 12. Click OK and then click close You are ready to make and receive phone calls

STEP 1 Download latest Nokia SIP software from Nokia website, use your phone to navigate here: http://www.ultratone.com.my/nokia STEP 2

Go to Tools / Settings / Connection / SIP settings. Choose Options/ New SIP Profile and create the following profile; Profile Name: UltraTone Service Profile: IETF Default Access point: (your WLAN AP name) Public username : [GPN]@voip.ultratone.com.my ( GPN is a six or eight digit number that you receive from UltraTone upon registration, after setting it will show as : sip: 551155@voip.ultratone.com.my ) Use Compression: No Registration: "Always on " Use Security: No STEP 3 You do not need to enter Proxy Server settings Proxy Server Address: none Registrar Server: none Realm: none User Name: none STEP 4 Enter the following for Registrar Server settings Registrar Server: sip3.UltraTone.com (When recorded your phone will show sip:sip3.UltraTone.com) Realm: UltraTone.com User Name: GPN (GPN is a six digit number you have received from UltraTone) Password: Enter the same password used to login to your UltraTone account Transport Type: UDP Port: 5060 STEP 5 Go to Tools / Settings / Connection / Internet Tel. Settings (If you cannot find it check Settings /

Connectivity / Admin Settings / Net Settings) Create a new profile for "UltraTone" (GPN), name it "UltraTone" Choose "UltraTone" as Preferred profile STEP 6 For better voice quality or in order to be able to make VoIP calls over 3G internet connection you need to use Nokia SIP VoIP Application you installed. Go to Applications on your phone and click on "SIP VoIP Settings" application. Choose VoIP services/UltraTone (or the name of your UltraTone account Internet profile.) Click on "Profile Settings" and find "Allow VoIP over WCDMA" option and change it to "ON" This change allows VoIP over 3G connection on Nokia phones. For better voice quality go to Codecs and delete all codecs except G729. There should be only G729 codec left under codecs settings

STEP 7 Reboot your phone. Once your phone is back on it will automatically register to UltraTone. Once it is registered you can start making calls. Default call type: To switch between normal GSM calls or VOIP calls, navigate to Tools / Settings / Call / Default call type. Select Cellular to make normal calls to the phone number or Internet to use VoIP to call the number or address Make Calls! To dial any phone number that is part of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan), you must dial: 00 + 1 + Area Code + Phone number To dial any phone number that is outside of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan), you must dial: Country Code + City Code + Phone number For example if you want to call China (country code 86) phone number in Shanghai (city code 21) you must dial 8621 and phone number. 008621xxxxxxx

1. install media-5 standard from app-store and launch it

2. tap on start

3. tap on define manually

4. Type your name in title type your 5 digit username (received by email) type the password your chose and then tap on servers

5. type server address: voip.ultratone.asia and then tap on DONE

6. if you see the green dial button means it is connected and ready to make call, if red it means there is a connection problem.
