The tender shall be submitted/ uploaded online in electronic format on the website http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in upto the stipulated date & time as above. The interested bidders will have to be enrolled/registered on this website for participating in the bidding process. The cost of tender document/ specification (non-refundable) shall be deposited as above, by DD/Bankers Cheque in favour of Sr. Accounts Officer (EA&Cash), RVPN, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur. The prescribed Tender Processing Fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand Only) shall be deposited by DD/Bankers Cheque in favour of Managing Director, RISL, Jaipur with undersigned. The bidders will have option to furnish full EMD amount in the form of DD/Banker Cheque or 20% in the form of Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque & 80% in the form of bank guarantee. The above tender cost, EMD, Tender Processing Fee shall be deposited at least one day prior to date of opening of on-line tenders i.e. 21.03.2013 for TN-318 (3 PM) and 02.04.2013 for TN-319 (3 PM) respectively or earlier. The bidders are requested to submit their bids prior to last date of submission/uploading to avoid non-submission of the bids upto the prescribed date, due to non-availability /hanging of website or any other reason at last moment. The date of submission of bids shall not be extended in any case due to this reason.
